They do not follow instructions. Hair in my frosty and I’m my mother’s chicken sandwich. I DO NOT recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. Ordered the 8$ bag got a chicken sandwich and a double stack fries and a drink. Didn’t even get double stack. Mom didn’t get her fries had to turn around and go back. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible this is the second time ordering door dash with items missing. Order chilli and didn’t get it. Next time got chilli and no baconator fries I ordered. No spoon no napkins. Idk what the GM is doing but y’all need to get it together. I had to get a refund twice now.

I’m not the one to hold fast food joints to the highest standards. I have only ever gone through the drive through for both ordering and picking up a mobile order. The drive thru line is always pretty slow whether or not there’s a lot of people. Not the biggest deal. I have never had any issues with my food and the staff is what I would expect for a fast food restaurant. Now when it comes to corporate Wendy’s that’s where I have issues their food is gettting worse and worse quality I used to go to Wendy’s because mcdonalds declined in quality but Wendy’s is following the same script.

Almost every table in the place was dirty. I wiped down my own table. There were no straws nor napkins out at the drink section. The ice tasted dirty as if the machines have not been cleaned. There were 3 people working on a Saturday night with a line, waiting to order, the entire time we sat in the dining room to eat. The frosty was not even full, but everyone working was doing their best to stay positive and get meals out as quick as possible. I ordered a number one single with cheese, all the way, and had to remove, like five pickles from my sandwich. There were two pieces of cheese on my hamburger, one on each side of the patty. The gentleman that rang us out was very polite and friendly.

first you pull in the drive through to get food and the sign says the drive-through system is down. Please come inside. Then you walk in the front door of the truck stop and they’ve mopped the floor and no sign so you almost bust your butt on the wet floor. Then you go over to the register to find out that they’re only doing mobile orders at this time. So then I download the app and the girl disappears comes back after about five minutes. I ask her if they have iced tea before I place my order and they’ve dumped all of it for the nigh. so much for the third sign of the picture outside it says quality service doesn’t cut corners. What a joke. Also pilot manager doesn’t seem to really care. Says it’s a normal occurrence. So you put up a sign that lies saying the drive-through is broken and entice people to come inside. Then you go inside the floor is wet with no sign there by the door then you get to the register and there’s another sign that lies to you.

I’ve never ever experienced such bad customer service in my life. We attempt to place an order in the drive through (which is rarely open). After waiting for several minutes a woman finally came across the intercom with a very annoyed tone. We placed our order and were met with her literally SCREAMING asking what we want to drink. We attempted multiple times to answer her but couldn’t get a word in over her cutting us off screaming. We stated there was no reason to yell and were told to “have a good night.” She refused to even take our order. We drove away completely dumbfounded. We have no clue what set her off or why we deserve to be spoken to like that. I will absolutely NEVER return to this Wendy’s and I’m making sure everyone I know does the same. Jedburg Wendy’s… you need better employees. That encounter was horrendous.

This Wendy’s is connected to the truck stop and is pretty clean. The cashier was friendly and my food was hot and fresh. The baconater and fries are very good and my strawberry lemonade was very sweet and cold. Overall I have no complaints this is a great Wendy’s.

The only reason I occasionally give this place another a chance is because there’s a limited selection near my work.
This is a $9 chicken sandwich with no tomato.
The service was okay. The food is not worth the cost.
For a restaurant that wears shirts that something like “There’s no such thing as too much bacon” I think they missed the mark.

I’m not sure who made the salads yesterday but my bacon was raw, and they put all of the ends of the tomatoes in the salad. I order here often because it’s only one of the only restaurants near my job, but this is not acceptable. And the girl at the drive thru is rude as hell.

I haven’t had Wendy’s this good in a long time. Everything was crispy, even my bacon. Our nuggets were hot and fresh and same with the fries. 10/10
