Enjoy the food, but….my experience with the staff… well its mixed. Inside I’ll get great service, or the staff seem checked out. Like they just woke up or had a good smoke session. Drive through though? Ha, 8/10 times its attitude. Today I had an associate give attitude cause they forgot to give me my drinks and a fry, Heaven forbid you get what you pay for, And groan audibly and in front of the customer. This actually happens pretty often with the drive through. If I could give a review for each employee I dealt with each time I went. I’d happily do it everytime. Just to point out the awesome staff.

I’ve gone to this Wendys many times since it opened a few years ago and the quality and especially the customer service has definitely gone downhill. Half the time they short me on the 10 pc nuggets, putting only 8 or 9 in bag. At least four or five times they have given me the wrong drink. Now they are charging for extra dipping sauces, the nugget meal is supposed to come with two but I’ve opened my bag to find 1 or sometimes none at all. The drive through staff tend to have bad attitudes, regardless of the time of day. Management really needs to provide more training for the staff.

I don’t visit Wendy’s often, but since moving here, I decided to give this location a try. Generally, I’ve had good experiences, but tonight was different. It seems that the atmosphere changes at night. We placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through. When we informed the cashier that we were there to pick up our order, I noticed some employees laughing and joking about how we pronounced “mobile,” which felt unprofessional. When we addressed this issue, they instantly got mad and told us in an agitated tone to just drive to the window.

While everything appeared fine as we drove off, we did notice an employee yelling something out of the window, but we kept driving. Once we reached the light, we checked the bag and realized that the 10-piece nugget was missing. I called back to explain the situation, and the person on the line confirmed that this was why they were calling us back. When we returned to the window to ask for the nuggets, the employees were still yelling and screaming out of the drive-through window. They refused to give us the 10-piece nugget and insisted that we needed to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager.

I found it disrespectful and humiliating that they made us come all the way back, knowing they weren’t going to give us the nuggets. They also refused to issue a refund, seemingly due to the prior exchange when they were laughing at one of the passengers in our car.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s before; in fact, I usually enjoy chatting with the staff. This experience was very disappointing. It’s unprofessional for employees to behave this way, and it’s clear that improvements need to be made at this location. I expect a refund, and I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future, especially given their low ratings. Wendy’s really needs to address these issues.

There is no reason that sitting in the drive through line should take over half a hour, absolutely no reason. This has to be the worst Wendys in the tri-county area. The manager should be fired for this.

The staff there are inefficient and the food was cold. My wide went to Dominos across thr street while I was trying to pick food up from Wendys. She got her pizza before I got my food from Wendys. These people suck. Is rated 2 stars for a reason. Stay away from this place.

From the time that I entered the drive through with a mobile order, until the time that I got my food – 27 minutes. And my sandwich was wrong. If only I had done a mobile order and spelled out how it should be.

I don’t usually post reviews but this is Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to… just got home and opened my food with my boyfriend to eat. I ordered the new ghost pepper sandwich that comes with lettuce tomato and crispy fried onions. I was given the dinkiest piece of tomato you could imagine and no fried onions. My boyfriend ordered the baconator and said it was the worst tasting one that he has ever had. It looked like it was dunked in a grease pit despite it being incredibly dried out. Cashier looked like she was staring off into space basically the whole time. Told her that I still needed my drink … she just stared … showed her on the receipt that I ordered a drink …. She stared and I said can I get a cup? She stared for a few seconds then finally gave me one. This is fast food I get that but definitely would go out of my way to go to the next closest Wendy’s ….

Customer service is horrible. Every time I go there the employees make me feel like I’m an annoyance. It’s as if they decide everything everyone likes about chic fil a they are going to do the exact opposite.
