I’d say this Wendy’s is probably one of the quickest fast food in MC behind Chick-fil-A of course. Food is always pretty good. I mainly go when it’s busy so I get fresh food.
Customer service is more miss than hit. The two smaller white women I’ve interacted with have been very nice and friendly. Otherwise, the rest of the staff just respond “mhm” to any thank you or have a nice day
It’s 2025, customer service is hit or miss so it’s not a huge deal to me unless someone is being inherently rude. As long as the food is good and quick, I don’t really care anymore.

I walked into Wendy’s last nite and I forgot my shoes and not even within 5 seconds one of the employees was being rude to me saying if you don’t have shoes on we will not serve you saying that there were signs on both doors saying that and I took pictures of both doors and none of it has anything on there about no shoes no service I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed because I was the only white person in the lobby

Love the single with cheese and the chicken wrap combos. Very clean dining room and restrooms. Fast service and friendly staff. Very good location in front of Walmart where you can have a good meal before you go to Walmart to buy groceries.

This was the worse food I have ever had. Called them no answer, called customer service suppose to replace or refund haven’t heard anything yet. Got southwest salad with avocado. Guess what no . Maggots. Maggots in the food. We ordered at 11PM, ate our food unaware of the insects, placed our bags down in the bedroom, and found maggots crawling in our bedroom. Once we saw a maggots crawl out of a fry, we came back at 12:30AM. When we came back, we weren’t hostile or coming on strong. However, when we got to the window, we were immediately gas lit, laughed at, and dismissed. We were told the maggots came from the trash can in our house, that the food must be 3 days old, that we DIDNT EVEN COME THOUGH EARLIER WHEN I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND THE TIME I TOOK A PICTURE.

Service was pretty good I came by to try out the new classic chicken sandwich to my surprise it was not that great. The chicken did come out hot and fresh but it does not compare to the Chick-fil-A or popeye’s chicken sandwich. And the French fries that I got appeared to be double cooked they had a Brown tint to them And not the golden Brown tint. I will say that my sweetie I got was pretty on point
