I ordered a baconator with no mayonnaise double and a cheese and chive bake baked potato, then ordered two extra baked potatoes with cheese and chive and sour cream and chopped potatoes. My whole order was incorrect and they put mayonnaise on my baconator I had to put my food in regular bread to eat it because I was covered in mayo and the staff was rude as well as the manager

This has got to be the best managed Wendy’s I have ever been to. Staff was super friendly. They had my meal ready before I could finish filling up my drink. Manager even walked around and even asked if everyone was doing ok. I don’t know who owns this location, but you hired the right people. Well done.

This Wendy’s is always known as notoriously being bad. Decided to stop in with the family and quickly realized why I never come here. There were no cups for the ketchup, the coke machine was out of more than 75% of the options, and the food took a long time. The tables were all dirty and the floor was sticky and noisy. The only positive is the workers were friendly.

Went in to pick up my Uber Eats order because it’s cheaper to do that instead of delivery. Home girl with the short hair and tattoos on her neck understood the assignment and made sure my order was done… past midnight too! I work late nights so I really appreciated her kindness and consideration when doing my order. Thanks!

This was the worst Wendy’s location i have ever been to. We were trying to get a quick meal while being out of hometown on a tournament wanting to try the special Krabby Patty meal.
We have been waiting for 10 minutes in drive through with one car being at the order window. They have not been able to submit the order for 10 minutes. So we gave up and went inside of the restaurant. Cashier took the order inside and then said that there is only chocolate frosty available, no vanilla or special pineapple flavor, which was one of the main points for the advertised new special.
Manager just said that they are too busy with only 4 people working.
The employee who was making patties was very slowly enjoying his time walking through the cooking area singing loudly “all of these people wanting krabby patties, but all i want is go home”.
The cooking area looked extremely dirty. Cashier at the drive through window was impolite and rude.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We pulled in for a late night dinner for 6 at 1am after a log day of traveling. We were super patient as we knew it was late and we were ordering for quite a few. The woman on shift was HORRIBLE. She basically threw our food at us and was making horrible comments while we were waiting for our food and while we were driving off. On top of the disgusting customer service. We got back to open our food and 3/4 of our burgers were PINK!!! See photos attached.

Order taker at drive thru didn’t listen. I ordered a double stack. She rung it up as a bacon double stack. A $7 combo is the $6 combo. Evwn when I said its only $6, she never confirmed it. I didn’t get a receipt either. And they were very slow. Fries are luke warm.
