Very rude disrespectful older white woman working the front counter constantly complaining and throwing the orders around on the counter. Not even polite enough to greet the as they come up to the counter. All the other employees even the manager were very well mannered and respectful and even going above and beyond for the customers keeping up with drive thru and online orders when the front counter woman can’t even keep up with the lobby customers and there were only 2 when we walked in.

Decided to go inside due to the long line at the drive thru.
This was obviously a mistake.
After waiting ~8 minutes for the single employee at the register to take the order for the only person in front of me, try to figure out her chaos around door dash orders and God knows what else. We placed our order at 5:51pm. The order was two Dave’s doubles, one with a frosty.
21 minutes later at 6:12pm and only after what appeared to be a supervisor or manager came to the front to expedite, did we receive our order.
That being said, the burgers were still delicious. The fries, not so much, they tasted like old oil.
I’m afraid I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, and if the service I received is anywhere near the norm, I have to advise others to do the same.
(On another note, the inside of the dining area near the sodas was pretty filthy. The walls, decorations, everything, just dirty.)

So I just left Wendy’s, checked my order and everything was there. It looked good, but when I got home and we were trying to see who had what, when I opened my burger there was the plastic tie from the bun bag sitting in my bread. Now I understand having to keep up with the volume of customers but make sure there’s no mistakes like that. It doesn’t hurt to look over the order you did. Thats all.

That lady with the bald head that be at the window she act like you’re not even there. She doesn’t talk if she’s rude as hell she gets smart at the drive-through speaker like she hasn’t been working There for about three years maybe more She needs a better attitude. I got a 10 piece garlic, Parmesan saucy nuggets. Why are my nuggets spicy when I got regular and why are my nuggets not saucy?
