Pertaining to the night crew covering 01/31/2026…. They didn’t acknowledge customers that they are closed. I had an Uber Eats pickup that was going to pay me $75 to complete which I had to cancel because the employees didn’t have any signs stating they were closed or didn’t acknowledge the customers in the drive thru they were closed.
One just stood at the door where the late night window is looking at us bobbing their head without saying anything.
Then 3 of them walked out the door and left without saying anything to the late night window or drive thru customers.

Orders aren’t placed in the blue “Mobile order pick up”
I had to wait 20 mins while the employee just kept walking by before she told me my order was ready but I need to let them know my name. What is the mobile order pick up area for then ??? Its not my fault people steal. If you had someone working the register it wouldnt happen as often…..

wish i could give 0 stars i mean seriously. they have gotten my prder right maybe one time and never again. not to mention they have served me a sandwich with MOLDY BREAD. constantly rude and will randomly have the doors locked with what looks to be a bike lock? and their website makes it so complicated to file a complaint. dont waste your money here its never worth it

On Sept 26th on a Friday at 6:30 pm, I ordered and paid online for a baked potato and 6 piece nuggets. When I picked up my order 5 minutes later, it wasn’t busy. I was told they wouldn’t have my baked potato ready for an hour. I only went to Wendy’s because of the baked potato so I went to my online order to cancel or change my order, but it wouldn’t allow that. The Wendy’s worker said I could substitute something. Not credit my card, but substitute something I didn’t want. So I left with a frosty swirl I didn’t want and then couldn’t even eat it because they didn’t give me a spoon. Not even a straw. I went back through the drive-thru to get a spoon and was told they were out of spoons. Wendy’s is dead to me. Now I know why DQ & Arbys were both slammed while Wendy’s had an empty parking lot.

I was there for a door dash order 30 minutes before they closed and the staff told me to wait so I did. They had me standing outside for 30 minutes until they closed then told me to leave without ever giving me my customers order wasting both my time and money. During this time I saw 5 other cars come by and try to use the drive through which was completely unattended even though they were still open and two of I over heard that two of these cars already placed and paid for on line orders. This was extremely unprofessional and the workers were just not doing their jobs so that they could leave early. This happened on the night of June 11 th for anyone reading

its absolutely FREEZING in this wendys. and it seems to get colder every week. this is one of the COLDEST places to eat i have been in a long time. i wore a heavier jacket and yet i was STILL freezing. had to put on a lighter shirt under it. also during the winter they dont have proper heating and its also freezing. but this was in august and it was COLD.
other then that food is good. one star though until they fix this.

I arrived at around 1 o’clock on a Monday and ordered a single number one with everything and a Diet Coke. My fries usually come cold so I decided to check the temp. before we left the drive-through window. They were fresh and hot however, the single with everything was very, very,.cold. This was not the first time. This time I decided to go ahead and write a review. please live up to your reputation of fresh and hot burgers.

Drive thru super slow EVERY TIME. Be sure to wait at least half an hour for a ‘fast’ food. I work with food order delivery and most of the times costumers complains that items are wring it missing. Comunication is also pretty bad. I’ve waiting waiting for 15 minutes already and I still have a few cars before me

Very rude management told me I couldn’t use the lobby to order food because they was short staff I told them why was the front door unlocked for people to come in…..very smart ass comments and remarks and the inside was very dirty and unsanitary

010325. There were just a few cars in line.
And, the wait was riidiculous. Once I ordered and paid they said they had no meat.
I had to pull up and wait. I am a medical professional trying to get to work with food in my stomach so I will be a good employee.
They took so long I finally had to get my money back and go somewhere else.
I don’t know where they got these employees, but they are uneducated and unable to do their job. It seems like a burger place should always have meat.
