I don’t fast food often, but when I do it’s Wendy’s. Boiling Springs location is always great, fresh fries and burgers with pleasant drive thru attendants. Never go inside, so can’t rate the atmosphere.

Pictures are from 2 different occasions. So twice I tried THE BACONATOR BACON SANDWICH. They advertise 6 crispy pieces of bacon. Same experience on both occasions. Not 6 but 4 ( more like small half sizes ) and definitely far from crispy. Barely half cooked. Luckily I have a toaster at work and was able to finish cooking the bacon. So tired of all the false advertising… I’m going to try 1 more time. If it’s not as it claims to be, I’m going right back in. And I will explain to the manager why I want my money back and why I will not be back. The question is will they care? Sadly probably not. It may be fast food, but it’s not cheap. And I expect to get what I paid for. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the customer service and fries were good.

This is the Wendy’s baconator fries Sad but true! Nothing even close to the picture! Canned cheese and thrown on bacon strip! We orders a small regular burger with nothing on it and it’s pictured as well. Its about half the size of a child’s burger! The other burgers were decent but seems there is not a lot of pride in the quality of the food. People were super nice and customer service was good.

We were the only ones in line and stood there 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by without any acknowledgement. I don’t mind waiting if I have to but at least have the courtesy to speak and tell us they will be with us as soon as possible. So we are in Chick-fil-A eating dinner.

I went to the drive thru. I ordered 3 meals, I repeat the orders twice. They girl took the order wrong. Came home, they were not toy in the kids meal and the 2 teas I ordered with the meals, they were sour. Awful Service!

Update this is not a full chicken which asked and was told yes it is a full order. / old review Great food and good prices. Very friendly staff which in fast food places is rare to find. With moving local to this Wendy’s it is refreshing to have close by. East side Spartanburg store no where as nice, friendly and clean.

I go to this Wendy’s regularly and I have had hair in my food at least 5 times recently it’s honestly pretty disgusting. The employees need to put their hair up and adhere to clean food prep. The management isn’t doing their job and it’s sad.
