Food was fresh. I especially liked how the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The best fries I have had in a long time from any restaurant. And what is surprising is I had go back to Wendy’s later that evening to get husbands food. Again the fries were great just like early in the day. Dont know who was on the fries, but they let this person go to all the restaurants to teach how to cook fries! Also they had great customer service! Thanks Wendy’s you made my day with those good Ole tasty fries

Food here is always pretty good, other than sometimes you’ll get old fries or some nasty old tea. Or some mean employee at the drive thru. Also sucks the restaurant couldn’t help with camera footage when my car got hit waiting in their parking lot for food awhile back. Overall a alright restaurant tho.

Just tried eating Wendy’s again. Thought I’d give the new Bacon Maple Glaze a try. Big mistake. The first bite was really rubbery, so I spit it out and tried another bite thinking that might just be fat. The middle was alright but towards the opposite edge I realized why it was rubbery. The chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly. You couldn’t tell with the breading, but once pulled away the top was dark and pink. The sandwich was also not on the correct premium croissant bun nor did it have the maple glaze. The manager did give me my money back for the sandwich when I took it back. Very disappointed, and definitely not worth the money. I’ll update if i get sick from the premium sandwich.

They have us waiting to get the oder hamburger was fine Tenders were fine but the fries were cold I call after I get home and I ask them why they have me waiting on the parking if the fries were not fresh manager told me they were fresh lol tired for work to go back impossible what I don’t understand is why they have us waiting for cold fries !!!!

Absolutely horrible service. WAITED IN LINE FOR 15 MINS before gentlemen came to take order. When he did we had to ask him to repeat everything since he was mumbling. We get to window he provides total $12ish…. so we question what was ordered. He repeats the biggie bag and parm salad- mumbling still. Because of his long extended line we move from window only to discover fries are cold and stiff and look burnt, nuggets are cold and hard. Sandwich is only item edible. Don’t forget the salad. The lettuce were iceberg and wilted. I’m beyond displeased with service let alone food. I thought my receipt was in the bag but it wasn’t. If I didn’t have to get to GA for a movie I would have waited in town until the am to speak with supervisor…. we were really relying on that late night meal for our few hr drive ahead of us. Total waste of time and money. I will continue to engage leadership until they are made aware of the poor service we received!!!

The sign outside reads “Misfortune awaits you”. The bag reads “There’s nothing happy about this meal”. I couldn’t agree more. The cashier took our order down wrong. My biggie bag didn’t have nuggets. The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was missing condiments and bacon. We got to hear the manager fussing at the employees in front of customers standing at the counter, but not supporting her team during a rush post shift change. I’ll find another Wendy’s to go to in the future. I’d avoid this location.
