My spouse and I ate here tonight. I had the Baconator meal and my spouse had the Dave’s triple. We decided to dine in. While our burgers were hot and juicy, our fries and were cold, so we requested hotter fries. The food was really good after we received a fresh order of fries, however we didn’t enjoy our dining experience due to the manager talking very, very loudly and fussing at the to the two other employees who worked along with her. Her voice was so loud that my spouse and I could barely hear each other’s conversation due to her tone and loud volume drowning out our conversation. We were the only customers dining in at the time, and I really felt bad and embarrassed for the young teenagers that she continuously fussed at. (I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of our food because we started eating our burgers while we waited on our fries).

Picked up a salad in the drive thru. The cashier evidently did not want to be there because she was the opposite of friendly. Get back to work, 15 mins away, and most of the chicken was dry and hard…no cheese on the salad…half the apples were mush. And I paid over $8 for this nasty salad I didn’t even eat. Not to mention they are about half the size they used to be and more expensive. DO BETTER WENDY’S!!

Got my food through the drive-thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich which was hot and pretty good. The french fries were kind of like the customer service, lukewarm. Everything I’ve come to expect from any fast food place that isn’t Chick-fil-A.

For months now, this location has continuously gone downhill and my family will be discontinuing our patronage. Due to the close proximity to an extracurricular activity, we pick up food here weekly, sometimes more, and have been loyal regulars for years.
Something has clearly changed here snd all to the detriment of what used to be a good location. It seems like there’s zero management, or at least after 5pm. For at least all of this year, every drive thru patron is asked to pull up and wait or pull into a parking space.
Withholding all exaggeration, maybe one of my last eight visits here was actually approaching “good.” One was “a bit disappointing” and the remaining six the franchise owner would just die of embarassment. Really.
So why keep going back? Great question. I guess out of habit and some part of me thinks, “oh it’ll surely be better thsn last time.”
To the owner: are you aware of how bad things have gotten? Are you okay knowing that you’re losing great, very regular customers? I hope you’ll go undercover and see for yourself.
Please stop:
-asking everyone, eben when I’m the only car, pull forward just to manipulate food delivery time
– giving everyone old fris and no napkins
(These are repeatedly issues after 5pm.)
– serving burgers that aren’t fully defrosted
-if the lettuce is dead or you only have about a 2 inch strip left, just tell me you’re unfortunately out of lettuce
– if you’re having us park, how about someone double-check for order accuracy
– Also, it would be appreciated to hear a genuine acknowledgement of awareness to your customers that it really shouldn’t have taken this long (consistently 8-10 mins.)

Want to feel like a huge inconvenience? This is your place! From the start of my order, the staff was incredibly rude. Over the intercom, the lady taking my order sounded super annoyed. I have 5 kids, so when we eat out, which is rare, we usually have a pretty big order. Apparently our order was too much for you to deal with. Checked our bags before we left and we didn’t all the nuggets I ordered. They misunderstood so I tried to clarify. The lady at the window dropped another pack of nuggets in my bag, but we still didn’t have what I had ordered. Both ladies dealing with the order just seemed so put out. I still didn’t get the right nuggets. I have tried this location multiple times and more often than not they are rude, the food is wrong, or something isn’t working. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. So not worth it.

I tried to refrain from giving this place a negative review. But one bad experience after another.is just unacceptable. I am not returning. This last visit, receiving a half filled drink (that I listened to employees laugh and make jokes about serving it to me), and spoiled salad ($8 for THIS-See pics), watery chili with very large chunks of meat not broken down, and burgers made incorrectly that weren’t even special order, was the last straw. The DRIVE THRU crew at this location is horrible! I will say that there is a young lady that is at the front counter that is always professional, competent and exhibits great customer service. And I’ve witnessed a few cooks working hard on many occasions as well.

Gave this location 3 times trying it and every time we go the staff are RUDE! and you are always waiting at least 20 minutes for food in drive through! The place where the food is cooked is constantly dirty . No employee knows what’s going on. No apologies when waiting way too long for food ! How is this even still open. I will definitely be following up further after my last and final visit here. Was the worst worst fast food experience I truly have ever felt with in my whole life!

The meal was delicious. I ordered a Dave #1 with a baked potato with butter and chives (sour cream makes the potato cold faster). The employees were fantastic, fast food delivery, a happy attitude and they kept the restaurant clean. I’ll return when I’m in the Irmo area again. I spent a little over $11.

Ordered just beef patties with cheese and bacon. The guy that took the order didn’t read back my order to confirm or give me the total. The girl who took payment just opened the window and put her hand out for payment with a stone cold face. No greeting and then shut the window as I was asking for price. Then, handed me my bag with container lids falling off, no napkins or utensils, and no farewell. Trying to be nice I said, “Thank you and have a good day.” Got the same stone cold , blank look without a word and then she shut the window. This store needs to replace management and staff that worked today. They do it because they’re allowed to or just don’t care. Empty, garbage service.

I always end up with something forgotten and they’re stingy with ketchup.
Addendum months later-you can ask the girl to give you a certain amount of ketchup, and it doesn’t matter that you ask you were going to sign for at the bottom of the bag. It is crazy. You would think that the amount of ketchup the store has to buy is taken out of their paycheck if someone gets a large combo with large fries I think it’s reasonable to allow them to have more than four ketchup, ma’am.
