Very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I went through the drive-thru this afternoon to get lunch and had a coupon on my phone for free nuggets. The employee told me that next time I would have to come inside to get my free nuggets. That doesn’t make sense to me — the whole purpose of a drive-thru is convenience. If there’s an issue with how coupons are processed, that shouldn’t be put on the customer.

I was also asked to pull forward and wait for my food, which I didn’t mind at all. However, when my food was brought out, I politely asked for a spoon. The employee looked inside my bag and questioned me, asking what I needed a spoon for. That was very unprofessional. As a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to explain why I’m requesting a utensil.

After questioning me, she then told me I could come inside and get the spoon myself. That was unnecessary and rude. There was no reason to speak to me in that manner or treat me as if I was a child.

Overall, the interaction felt disrespectful, especially coming from someone who appeared to be a manager. Customer service should be about professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience today.

This is the most skimped fast food restaurant in existence. The “Large” fry is literally the old Wendy’s small. The “Large” frosty in the picture here, is served in the small drink cup! And they still charge $12 for a combo! Genuinely consider going on a fast before choosing Wendy’s. Garbage tier franchise these days, 0/10 never to return again. The workers were really cool though, they are 10/10. Feel bad for them as none of this is their fault.

I visited Wendy’s recently and left disappointed. The service was slow and inattentive, my order was incorrect, and the food felt underwhelming and lukewarm. Definitely not the quality I expect, especially for the price. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at the Wendy’s restaurant in Columbia, SC. After utilizing their drive-through service, I realized that I had inadvertently left my credit card behind. This mistake turned into a nightmare when I returned to retrieve it, only to be informed that they couldn’t access it because it was locked in a box for which they had no key.

Not only was this situation incredibly inconvenient, but it also displayed a shocking lack of concern for customer well-being. As someone passing through Columbia, SC, I had no choice but to cancel my card and rely on the cash I had on hand to get home. This was not only frustrating but also left me feeling vulnerable and unsafe.

What’s even more disheartening is the lack of empathy and accountability shown by the staff and management. There was no offer of compensation, not even a simple apology for the inconvenience and distress caused. It seemed as though the manager was more preoccupied with external matters than addressing the issue at hand and providing a solution.

As regular customers of Wendy’s, my wife and I were deeply disappointed by this experience. It’s disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fall short in terms of customer service and care. Needless to say, this experience has soured our perception of Wendy’s, and we are now hesitant to return.

This is the worst wendy’s I have been too. Do yourself a favor and choose anywhere else around here there are lots of other choices. My baconator was burnt and very little bacon cheese or sauce. They had no salads or baked potatoes which were our first choices. The place smells like weed walking up to it. Just go somewhere else. They don’t even deserve one star. If I could give negative stars I would.

Went there today and got the worst food I ever had from a Wendy’s! Cheese wasn’t melted, food was cold, nuggets were so old they were shriveled up and the fries were hard! Only thing good was the drink and sadly this was at lunch time when food is usually hot and fresh! Wait time was long also.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I placed my order online and the website doesnt allow me to order and pay for extra sauce, so when I pulled up to the window, I asked the young man for an extra sauce. He stepped back into the window and spoke with a young lady next to him at which time she stuck her face out the window informing me with a nasty attitude that I had to pay for the extra sauce. It was never not my intention to do so, but the way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary. I payed for the sauce and left. It was excessive and rude. I will drive to Harbison next time, they’re so much friendlier and nice there!!
