Last week I bought a spicy chicken sandwich meal via drive thru. On my drive (maybe 5 miles away) I began “attempting” to eat the sandwich. The first bite was all gristle, I couldn’t even bite a piece off. So I rotated the sandwich and tried again. Still gristle. I turned it once again and took a hard bite…. the gristle separated from the breading. The entire sandwich was gristle. I tossed it out the window (not the wrapper). I called the restaurant to notify them and I was told that I’d need my receipt as well as the sandwich. I advised that I couldn’t come back that day. The following day I called restaurant again and explained the situation. I was told that they would not replace the sandwich unless I brought it in with me. Whose gonna hold onto a back sandwich overnight to get it corrected?! Terrible customer service. However, I was polite on the phone. Employees dont create policies.

Super unprofessional, nobody can answer the phone people in. There are not doing their work. They’re selling uncooked food this place. Is definitely a 0 it of 10 don’t recommend to anyone. if I can give zero stars I would, but I’ll have somebody over there Checking the restaurant out very soon.

Went in to grab dinner tonight at this establishment. I had the Dave’s double combo, and of course I had to try the new grilled ranch chicken wrap. The Dave’s double is always delicious. The wrap was surprisingly very tasteful, I was very impressed, I would definitely try it again!

The service at the drive thru was very polite.

The Service was the Best I’ve seen in years at any restaurant. I was very nicely greeted immediately by at least 3 workers. All with a sincere smile and attitude. Wow, what a difference. They were kind and polite without over doing it. It’s like they really enjoyed doing their jobs.

I will say this Wendy’s have come a long way from the wait time previously to now getting your food less than 10-12 minutes.

The lemonade and strawberry drink they have is awesome. The employees at the drive through are pleasant and fast.

One complaint that I do have will be. If you request light ice that means not the entire cup filled to the rim with ice as the pictures will show.

Wendy’s drive through please pay attention when a customer makes a request please pay attention. “LIGHT ICE”….. means light ice and not a cup of ice

Inside was OK, clean, but it looks like nobody is taking care of the outside tables, they were dirty, trash all over, trash can was full. Burger was cold and dry, nuggets were too dry, fries were old, cold and felt like chewing cardboard. Very disappointed. Guess shortage of workers, cause long lines inside and drive through.

If you can go to a different Wendy’s do it. I would rather give this store a 0 star. It’s only a few years old, but it didn’t take long for the restaurant to go down. The cleanliness of the place is laughable. Today there was pools if water everywhere. It looked like they put out signs and forgot or didn’t care about it. And don’t let the mop bucket in the picture fool you. We were there for nearly two hours waiting for a tow truck and no one even attempted to mop up any water. Not sure why they stayed open. The staff are unfriendly and don’t know information about the items on the menu.

I was really disappointed with my visit. The guy working in the drive thru was very impatient and actually told me what to order. I asked him to hold because he’s not listening to what I was ordering and he says something smart back. So when I get to the window and he FINALLY comes to the window, I asked what did he say. He then says, he was talking to another employee. Anyway, onto the next thing. They give me our food but, my order was wrong. I told the guy that they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a double stack. He then tells me to pull up because they were going to make me another one. Ten minutes later an employee comes out and ask what was I waiting on? So you tell me this whole time, nobody knew what they were doing or what I was waiting for? I told her I got an cheeseburger instead of a double stack. She then questions me and asks, are you sure because I made all of the burgers for your order? So I pull the burger out and showed her. She walks off without saying anything and goes back inside. She comes back out with a container that the cheese fries comes in and it has a single patty in it. She didn’t even think to make another burger. I know you’re probably like, why did I give 4 stars if all of this happened right? Well, this is why. So I called the restaurant because you cannot go in and asked to speak to the manager. I asked could she please come out and she said yes. She comes out and I explained to her what happened and she asked do want me to personally make you another burger? She asked would that be ok. I said if that’s what you want to do, that’s fine. I also told her that my food had gotten cold and she said, I’ll get you another burger, fries and nuggets. I said well, that’s fine too. She comes back out, gives me a bag and said, y’all come back to see us, if not, me, come see me. I said I appreciate her and her service. I opened the bag and she had replaced my burger and gave us each another order of nuggets and fries, all hot too. She didn’t give her name but, she is the bomb. Wasn’t expecting what she did.

I placed an order on Uber eats the app said the food was ready and being picked up several drivers canceled after waiting long. Come to find out 3 hrs later they was not making my order because a glitch in there part as per Uber support . When I called the store many times no answer at all… I tried to cancel my order and to my surprise I was being charged to cancel my order per store policy ⁉️ This location should be looked into by it’s corporate office may need new managers…. I Suggest to all avoid ordering from here threw third party apps.. I still want my refund btw that I ain’t get….
