Lady at local Wendys drive thru working so hard and focused I felt like it deserved a mention. When others are working hard it’s always appreciated and needed. Great job to the drive thru lady tonight that just served me at 11:10ish tonight.

worst wendy’s ever. two co workers standing outside kissing and hugging. went inside to get my food that i ordered online. didn’t start making until i was there. waited 30 minutes. only one guy making food. of course he messed it up. went back inside and he was visibly pissed that i wanted a new sandwich. co workers outside were still flirting like they weren’t on the clock. cook was told to remake my sandwich and he rolled his eyes like he didn’t sign up for this. threw my sandwich and nobody got it. watched it sit there for almost 10 minutes. cook was starring at me whole time and he was doing nothing. he could’ve brought it to me but no. finally see some people kinda working and they see us standing there like idiots. they ask us what’s wrong and we told them what the hell we’ve been waiting for. the cook practically screams “what else they need?” mind you we made eye contact multiple times after he made this stupid sandwich. we take it and leave. all should be fired.

Ordered two crispy chicken blt sandwiches. One with tomato and one without. When I pulled away I checked on the tomato part and to my surprise found that there was a sliver of a single piece of bacon on both. I drove back around to the window where I showed the lady the pathetic portions of bacon. She told me that that’s the way they come now – “You only get a half of a single piece of bacon now”. I had to pay to get a side of additional bacon. Absolutely crazy. To top it off, my 10 count nugget was 1 short. Wendy’s – do better.

Average food but let me tell you the staff at the Lexington SC Wendy’s were the nicest and most inviting people. Also it was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve have stepped into. The cleanliness’s was actually the first thing I noticed when I walked in.

This wendys sucks their goal is to make each car wait 5 minutes at the drive through before taking your order or in my case, just for me to say I have a mobile order. I suggest going inside so they can’t ignore you and be lazy, I’m sure they will still try their best to suck though.

Clean store, clean parking lot. Friendly staff. Order at the register. Able to use Apple Pay. Coke products including Coke Zero but no fountain machine! Maybe you can ask for a refill?

They didn’t get the order right. They left off the cheese and the fries were cold and hard. Ordered Dave’s #1 combo meal also had to remind them they didn’t give me my drink. Ordered a small chili and they were out.

I means the picture in itself is enough… I know it’s a cheap meal but seriously this is insane. Basically wasn’t even a patty just a very thin burnt sheet. Not to mention how bad the cheese looks.
