Fries were cold, nuggets over cooked (this is a big deal since the Wednesday Meal of Misfortune was ordered), and qty of nuggets ordered wasn’t received. I give them a 3 for service because the order was taken with no issue and they were courteous at the drive though window. The drinks were great.

I ordered through DoorDash and had one of the strangest drive-thru experiences ever. As soon as I pulled up, I was told to hold. I explained it was a DoorDash order and was told to pull around. When I got to the window, there was zero customer service — no greeting, no communication, just my drink handed to me while I sat there waiting.

The manager stared at me through the window without saying a word. When I rolled my window down, she questioned whether the order was for me — twice — as if she didn’t believe me. Then she said they had to “weigh it.” The entire interaction felt awkward and unwelcoming. No napkins. No thank you. No have a nice day. Very disappointing. I won’t return to this location

I have never had to leave a negative review for a fast food place and believe me I’ve had bad experiences, but this has definitely taken the cake! I wish I had read reviews which I never even have had to consider before but now reading other reviews I see that this is not a one off experience. Firstly, why am I being told to wait in a parking spot when there’s zero line? Secondly why are the french fries a quarter full for a combo thirdly? Why are the french fries still frozen? And lastly, a norm your Dr Pepper soda needs to be changed out. It taste like waters. We’ll never ever recommend this location. I can see why it’s always empty.

I placed an online order and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. My cinna pull apart tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer since this morning. I got my honey mustard dipping sauce but no nuggets. There was a vape sitting on the counter. I could see it from the drive thru window. Forgot my fork for my bacon cheese fries.

This is becoming the norm for the location for the most part as of late. Food not as warm nor fresh as usual, service was fast, but awful with communication. Pull up to the window to get my mobile order just to be greeted with my food in a bag and hand out the window so fast . Next was my drink. Went to say something and they were gone already. Leas tha.n 15 sec at tbe window.

Great service and hot food can all be done that quickly , even with a smile and voice rather than just hand the bag and drink and close the window. Especially when there is 2 employees working drive thru togetner ŵithbno other orders in front or behind mine.

Do better MUCH BETTER Wendy’s in Ballentine before you lose more than employees but customers. Better yet, even the location in General…

I’m going to Irmo for sure after the disappointment tonight… hopeful serving me little more than half cup of chili for a large was worth losing a cuatomer…. 3 strikes at this location in 4 to 6 weeks… good luck guys

I ordered an Oreo Brownie Frosty and a meal. The girl told me it would be extra to put Oreos on top. I told I alway order this and it comes w Oreos on top. Asked for a manager and she said it would be extra. I asked her to call her manager and she did and that manager said it would be extra. I told her I didn’t want the entire order and she said ok! Ridiculous for some Oreos on too and it’s supposed to come that way. To loose an entire order for some Oreos is crazy to me. Worst customer experience and business decision I have ever seen!! They are cheating the public on what we are supposed to receive!!

The only thing I ever get at Wendy’s is their chili – which I crave when it gets cold.

The Wendy’s that is so close to our home, makes a fantastic chili.

They are rarely busy and I also appreciate how polite the entire staff is.

I guess whoever fixes the sandwiches just doesn’t listen to how they are ordered because I asked for no onions pickles or ketchup and got extra pickles and ketchup. Also the fries were cold. They have an automated system that takes the orders and what I asked for was on the screen. It’s a waste of time and money to go to this store. It’s worth it to spend your money somewhere else to get what you order.

My second time coming to this location on Broad River Road and they double charge my mobile order try to get my refund and of course they can’t do anything except for me to contact corporate. Wendy’s employees need to be retrained on how to accept orders and payments. Not to mention I get home and my order isn’t even right.

Food was hot and fast!! Person at the counter which I assume was a manager gave me a little grief about parking across 3 spots with a truck and trailer in the empty parking lot. Other than it was great!
