Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. When I got to the window, I greeted the server and he ignored me. I told the young lady who gave me my change to have a good night, and she did not acknowledge that I said anything, just closed the window. Once I got my food and got on the road, opened my burger to realize it was RAW on the inside!! This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever visited! I didn’t take my food back because I was still an hour away from home and didn’t want to waste anymore of my time. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT STOP HERE! Ridiculous!!

Stopped here while traveling to get a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-thru and the service was good. Had my food in a reasonable time after ordering. I had the $5 biggie bag. The sandwich had a little too much Mayo but still tasted great! The fries and chicken nuggets were also good. Only issue was that they forgot to give me a straw but when I asked for one they addressed the issue quickly. Landscaping outside was nice and inviting. Overall good experience here.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior I experienced at the Blythewood Wendy’s location last night.

I placed an order for three Biggie Bag meals two with regular Coke and one with Diet Coke. When the employee with braids handed the drinks to me, I asked her which one was the Diet Coke. Instead of providing an answer, she shrugged her shoulders and indicated that she did not know. I responded by saying, “Ma’am, you expect me to drink out of everyone’s cup to find out?”

Her reaction was to roll her eyes, snatch another cup, and remake the drinks. Another employee then handed the drinks to me, but still did not clarify which one was the Diet Coke, nor did anyone offer an apology or acknowledgment of the confusion.

I asked to speak with the manager, who had been standing there observing the entire situation. Unfortunately, he demonstrated no leadership, no intervention, and no accountability. Allowing staff to behave in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner reflects poorly on the store’s management and the Wendy’s brand as a whole.

After returning from deployment, I value my time and expect basic respect—especially from individuals who are working in customer service. What I encountered was the complete opposite. This experience was disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location, and at this point, I am hesitant to visit any Wendy’s due to the lack of professionalism displayed.

I am requesting that this incident be addressed appropriately and that corrective action be taken to prevent future customers from experiencing the same treatment.

Typically, my visits to this establishment are quite positive. However, the past few consecutive visits have been disappointing, as the location has been unable to provide one of its signature items, the Frosty. Yesterday, I visited to request one for my wife (who had recently been discharged from the hospital) and was informed that my preferred choice of Frosty (chocolate) was not available, only vanilla.

Upon returning this evening to attempt to purchase a Frosty, I was again informed that chocolate was not available. Vanilla was also unavailable.

(Sigh)

I understand that supplies may be limited or that unexpected occurrences can occur. However, it would have been beneficial to receive an explanation for the reasons behind the flavor shortages. While certain flavors were not available, each visit left me feeling somewhat frustrated that I had left the establishment without a satisfactory experience. The associate did not offer any alternative options, which I likely would have declined. Nevertheless, the simple courtesy of providing an alternative option would have significantly contributed to maintaining good customer service and encouraging repeat business.

I do not intend to sound petty, but I am dissatisfied with these recent visits to an upstanding Wendy’s location that attracts many daily patrons.

Management, please address this oversight.

We ordered nuggets, a chicken sandwich, and a single hamburger. The hamburger had so much condiment you couldn’t taste the burger – or maybe the burger was just tasteless. The hamburger was also not fully cooked. I was not able to finish eating it. The nuggets and chicken sandwich were fine.

For the 3rd time I was going to have to wait over 10 minutes for my sandwiches. I’m done with this place. I was so upset I drove off after they said they couldn’t hear me in drive thru and I asked for a refund, when they said I can’t understand you again for the 3rd time, I just drove off. Terrible restaurant. Don’t be like me. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

They were legit serving 1 car at a time which is wild for a fast food place then worker at the window tried to tell me they didn’t have something just because they made my order wrong..

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. The customer service is horrible. Waited 15 mins at the speaker to order. No other cars in the line. This has happened multiple times.

I don’t know what is going on in this Wendy’s, but I waited nearly 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive thru. I would have left, but I ordered mobile for my daughter. Very disappointing experience.

3/29/2025 – Walked in with a young family. I was the only person waiting in line. I waited almost 7 minutes for someone to take my order but they never did. Walked out. The staff only seemed to be busy talking about McDonalds and time of breaks.
