So I originally went in to get a salad…. They didn’t have any put together…. Ok cool…. Not a problem…. We’ll let me get two spicy chicken patties “CUT UP” and I asked nicely. On my way out I went dang I should grab some sauce for my fries…. The girl at the counter goes it’ll be 55 cent, I go ok….. Apparently people get discouraged when someone speaks of the sauce price….. I’m a truck driver….. you only had one job lady in the blue shirt…. And that was to cut the chicken up……

They sure warning the 3 star review average they have. Made a carry-out order and walked in the restaurant 24 minutes later. The place was empty, my order was not even made yet. I asked the guy at counter for my to go order. He looks down and picks up the receipt and asks me if that was the order. Turned around and started making it. Food was substandard, but they are betting on you driving off and not noticing it. I placed my cup on the drink counter and it was so sticky with syrup and drinks that the cup stuck to it. WORST Wendy’s experience ever

The staff was super friendly, and the food was packaged so nicely. My sister and I were halfway through a four hour trip, and this was just the spot to stop. My hat is off to the All Star Team working tonight!!

Food is good all around. Day shift is nice but most of night shift Is slack. How come I can come to the drive thru at 11:44pm and 2 other cars in front of me orders and are able to get food but suddenly when I get to the speaker they are fast to tell me that they are closed. I’ve worked fast food plenty and I get it that you want to close the store and leave early but no where I worked we got to close that early and was told even at the last minute that we had to serve the customers because last time I checked on the hours of operation it says it closed at 12. If you don’t like your job then get out of the line of work, don’t make customers suffer.

I walk in past a worker outside on the phone and smoking. I wait at the register while a girl two feet away is cleaning a machine and didn’t stop to provide service. The lady from outside walks in, doesn’t wash hands, and asks what I would like. Proceeds to tell me the frosty machine is down at 9:30 after I just watched someone else get one. Disappointed in customer service and selection. Decided to try a Cinnabon and it just didn’t taste right. So better Wendy’s.

Would have to say that the food here was really good when I stopped by, the service not so much. Employees were yelling at customers and vice versa, the restaurant was not clean. Luckily I was taking my food to go but could be a rough stop if you want to sit down and eat with your family.
