This is the third time I have come through specifically for a spicy chicken sandwich and it has been terrible. Did they stop putting lettuce on their sandwiches also, or what? I have not received lettuce on any of the three spicy chicken sandwiches any of the times I’ve gone through. Also, today I ordered a single with cheese. No cheese, no tomato and (shocker) no lettuce! What is up with you guys? What you offer vs what I get every time (pictured). Do better!

Well. The 2 guys ahead of me were waiting for their orders to be remade. I ordered them someone came in from drive through because they screwed his order up. And lo and behold our order was screwed up. Once we finally got outlet food it was not hot. These are not the classic hot melted cheese greasy good burgers anymore. No the cheese wasn’t melted , meat had been premade and held in a warmer the buns were cold it was freaking awful. Should have known when the dining room was empty at 7:00 on a Friday night. This sucked! The only thing good was the atmosphere because at least we were alone and it was quiet. Done with Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s does great work. My orders have been right every time I come here. Even when they are very busy I get my order less than 10 minutes from walking in the door. The staff is friendly too. Every time I come here the lobby is quite warm, but otherwise this is a great Wendy’s.

11/8/25 6:40 pm we went thru wendys drive thru and my wife ordered the Dave’s double so now we home and the patties are raw they barely browned the outside of it. This wendys is a joke they serving raw food or never get a order correct and icing on the cake they don’t have a phone

Thursday and Saturday at noon Marion was out of baked potatoes. Two different days at lunch being out of the same item is a manager problem. My suggestions are keep up with inventory. On Saturday I asked if baked potatoes were available to receive the answer yes. I ordered four potatoes at the drive thru to hear “we only have one”. Frustrated

Wow! Still the same old bullshit with me, huh? Can’t pick up a mobile order through drive through, huh? That’s not what the receipt says! It literally says “Drive Through”.
I’ve sent other people to pick up orders for me, never an issue just to test to see how shit is! You literally mess with MY order if it’s under my name, each and every time! Pathetic. Not giving this location another chance — but I’ll be talking to corporate.
Here’s a tip — DONT MARK PEOPLES SHIT AS PICKED UP UNTIL IT IS!

Every single time I get food here – the fries are cold, the nuggets are barely warm & often times the buns are STALE! Also, the chicken Pattie’s are often cold and hard. Have a great day!

I ordered the classic burger. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the burger. It was still slightly pink. I returned to the drive-through. They gave me another one at no charge. It was cooked exactly the same. I threw both away. Money wasted. :/

This was the worst service I think I’ve ever had. We had a big order 2 adults and 3 kids so we understand the wait time , but when I say my sister cheeseburger was raw I mean it was raw . Then once I got home I got sicker than a dog. Being pregnant and being sick are awful. It was coming out both ends. I had the chicken and it seemed fine until I got home and was up half the night sick. Do not recommend!

At least the food is fresh…but seriously, give someone more than 45 seconds to review the menu, some of us haven’t been to a Wendy’s since the last bad customer service experience.

Waited 35 minutes for food when no one was present at the restaurant. Then they failed to acknowledge their mistake even though the bags of food were emptied and was missing should right in front of them. Total ignoramus event. Big words look it up.
