I know it’s fast food. Fast food will always have mistakes, but I got a raw burger from this location. Im sure it would’ve been fixed, but I was working when I noticed. I don’t recommend this location. Waynesville has always been better.

They managed to get an oder for six people right in the drive through which is impressive. We also came through late and the food was hot and good. I accidentally posted a one star review and noticed it so I felt I needed to correct that. It was just an accident.

Don’t go here after church on Sunday unless you have lots of time. Big crowd and very slow service. Over an hour to order, wait for food and eat. Unkempt dining room at the time. Young girl at checkout was very nice.

This is what you get when you order a large cold brew coffee from here. More like a small. Plus the manager women on shift was extremely rude when asked for a few extra condiments. Never have I had this bad of service from Wendy’s before.

The staff was rude. I placed my order after my family did, they got their food and were almost done eating and my food still hadn’t been made. The manager was nice though and gave me a refund. All I can say is go next door to Bojangles!!! I did and it was worth it!!!
