Went here early this morning to get breakfast with my family through the drive thru. We had placed a mobile order and when we came through, provided our initials to the drive thru worker, we got the wrong food. When we were handed the wrong drinks we had let the worker know it was wrong and she began to argue and push that we got what we ordered. When she finally gave us the receipt, it showed that she had rung us up for the wrong persons mobile order. She then pulled us up (which is understandable since they needed to make our food since it wasn’t rung up). After being pulled up for a little bit, we got our coffee which had no flavor or cold foam on it, the soda was supposed to be no ice which we relayed at the window and was ordered that way came with ice and there were items missing from our order. We pulled around to address the soda having ice and the missing items (I just kept the coffee and was gonna deal with that) and when we got to the speaker, the lady who had already argued with us that she gave us the right food and brought out our new food had laughed when we told her over the speaker what we were missing and the mistake with the drink. The food was really good, the kitchen did a great job but the drive thru service was absolutely horrible and a bad way for my family to start the morning. What shouldve been just a few minutes in drive thru (there were no cars that came through the entire time we was there) turned into a long and very frustrating experience.

Update October 24. I am so sick and tired of getting cold fries to the point that I’m about to even completely stop going. It’s the first time I’ve been since my last review over four months ago.. sat in line for almost 10 minutes get up to the window to pay for my food to stick my hand in the bag and bite into a fry and the damn middle of it so cold I just wanted to throw it back through the window. Can these people not get anything right?
I like to stop at Wendy’s in the mornings and get the honey chicken biscuit. But what I hate about this restaurant is that every dayshift person is always cocky and mean. I understand you hate your job I hate my job just as bad but be thankful that you have a job so people can come and eat and keep you in a job. But instead you choose to be hateful mean rude and you get pissed off when somebody asked for something extra. If you don’t like the job and you don’t like being asked to do something then don’t apply for a job. But the way I look at it is if I show up every morning to get a biscuit you have a job but if I quit sales goes down people lose hours so thank God every day you have a job and be happy to do it.

Just a heads up. Anyone who come here at 8am for breakfast on a Sunday can not get inside. The keep it closed till whatever time. Can only order through drive thru. Will be sending a complaint to corporate.

I don’t know what fast food restaurants are coming to these days. First of all the dining room was closed and the employee said they open at 9-10AM, it was 9:05AM so I guess they just open it when they want. It’s sad a manager can ruin your morning because she’s rude, you really don’t deserve to work in management. If I’m not mistaken her name is Whitney. We go back around drive thru to get this sandwich replaced and she said “what do you want man” when my husband tries to tell her the issue she cuts him off and says “just pull up I’ll make another” and shuts the window. I’ve worked in fast food for years and my husband is a GM, that’s not how you speak to a customer especially being a manager. I usually enjoy the breakfast but honestly the customer service makes me not want to go back.

If you have something on the menu,then have it.The one thing I really like from Wendy’s is the baked potato. Every time I go for supper and mind you its before 7pm,why do you never have baked potatoes?You don’t even give the option of waiting to make potatoes, you don’t offer even.You are open tonight till at least 11,maybe later,you shouldn’t be unwilling to make more potatoes with it being that long till closing.

This Wendy’s seems a bit better than others. I like Wendy’s burgers, but their chicken nuggets aren’t dependable. This location’s nuggets were good. It wasn’t busy when I was here, so I was helped quickly. I only went through the drive through, too. But, as far as Wendy’s goes, this one is one of the best I have eaten at to date.

Decent food decent price though sometimes it is cold and they always put entirely too much mayonaise. This time I wiped the mayo off and removed the tiny hot tomato as well as the lettuce stem and dug in expecting it to be decent until I tasted char from the bun.

Usual Wendy’s experience aside for the drive thru. This establishment consistently messes orders up or forgets to include side items such as fries or nuggets with their biggie bags and such. Whilst the service inside is okay, you will definitely have to make a stop inside when making large order via the drive thru.
