I waited 15 minutes for a young woman to take our order. She seemed very befuzzled about the orders in front of of her and kept saying that she would be with us in a minute. Once she took our order, I waited 15 more minutes for our food. One tray appeared to have one of our orders but when I asked about it, a server said it wasn’t ours. Another 15 minutes went by and a different server called out my name and pushed the tray I asked about toward me. I explained that I had asked if it was mine 15 minutes ago and was told it wasn’t. Since I had watched it sitting there the entire time, I asked her to replace the cold fries and hamburger, which she did. The rest of the order came out 5 minutes later.

Perhaps the manager might want to invest some time into further training for his staff.

I now see why the parking lot was empty. The cashier had the personality of a mud puddle and acted as it was a huge inconvenience to take the order. While we were ordering the manager and another employee were in a heated conversation with both dropping the f bomb. As we were eating this same language occurred again so low that everyone at our table stopped. They were in the kitchen when this happened. Our order was missing a burger, they everything but called me a liar when I ask them for it. Then stay came around and empty the trash and just left it in the bag in the floor for like 10 minutes. We got our kids frosty which had sticky stuff on the outside of all of the cups. We certainly will not be back at this location. The manager and staff should be fired. Staff on duty at 5pl on 1/22/36 are responsible for this experience.

So first time here and off the bat I wasn’t really impressed. Nothing against the young girl at the counter, looked like she was new and instead of giving encouragement the guy tall black guy behind her was doing nothing but telling her every single thing she is doing wrong. Then he told her that you already rung in something but we don’t have it don’t do it again. How about not charging customers for something you don’t have and maybe some communication to the employees so that won’t happen again. Also, not really sure what brought this on but the white guy in the stripped shirt threw an order of fries at the tall black guy. Not really sure if it was a wrong order but why would you do this in front of customers and the female manager not do anything about it. Also why ask a customer 3x what kind of dressing they want and ring it but not give it to them, they wouldn’t even make the taco salad proper as they had the customer add the chili to the salad. To top it off our order was not complete as we had to go back up to the counter and get our food that was missing. The only reason why they’re getting a 2 is because I’ve never seen a two story Wendy’s and thought it was cool. For a $46 order but service, customer service and professionalism from your employees would be greatly appreciated. I would hate for OSHA to make a surprise visit.

I have never had service so poor that I write a review, as I have worked in the food industry including Wendy’s, McDonalds and Sheetz, but I placed an online order here shortly before my break at work, I arrived at the pickup time and waited in line for 20 minutes, watching as a lady walked past I and 5 other repeatedly, with no indication of taking our orders, finally when she actually greeted me I informed her of my missing online order and she explained they didn’t have the ticket, I asked her to leave a note with the manager that I’d be back a few hours later to get my food remade since I had to get back to work. After I came back nearly 4 hours later I arrived and stood in line for another 25 minutes, watching customer after customer leave due to not being served. The lady working the register noticed us and still refused to take our orders for 25 minutes, finally after a long wait I spoke to the manager and had my food remade, once I got in my car and began eating my food I was met with cold fries and nuggets and missing ingredients and sauce on my burger, I cannot believe the terrible customer service, the inaccuracy of my order and the unfriendly environment. As an ex-employee of Wendy’s I couldnt believe how awful of a location this was.

Terrible. From ordering to receiving our order was over 20 minutes. They had us pull to a parking spot as our order wasn’t ready yet. When they brought us our order it was completely wrong. Every car behind us had to also get a parking spot to wait or had to go back in to correct their order. One of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.

I usually dont ever leave reviews except if it is completely terrible. So I walked in and went to the regerister. I sat there and watched about 6-7 employees working for about 15 minutes give ot take. But not a single one noticed me or made eye contact or even care about me. I get it this down has college kids who dont care about anything or customers or there job. Then she told me if I ordered food it would cold by the time I got, which made zero sense. I am a restaurant person and I understand. They had terrible people, the So called manger was not helping and maybe making frosty. The Wendy’s in Boone needs better employees and better management. These people are costing you alot of money. After 30 + minutes waste of time I am heading to cook out. Booo Wendy’s Booooo

I ordered a pecan and apple salad, with pomegranate dressing—hold the chicken. I was expecting it to be “meh” — but it was terrific! The apples and greens were crisp and very fresh. Outstanding! The service at the drive thru was awesome as well— kind and professional.

This Wendy’s has 2 stories and is always busy. My food was served hot and ready. I can commend anyone who works on 13 degree weather.
