Dawson has exceptional customer service! He is so knowledgeable of all questions I asked and made me feel like a valued customer. He greeted me with a smile on his face, he definitely needs a raise! I come there all the time and every time he’s there my experience is amazing. Give this handsome young man employee of the month. He definitely deserves and I will be returning just to see him!

Went thur the drive thur got a classic chicken sandwich . No condiments in the bag and even a napkin.The sandwich had NOTHING on it at all. It was a classic chicken and should have had lettuce and tomato and mayo in the bag or on it. How depressing it looked like road kill. Is this a standard chicken sandwich from Wendy’s .

Wish I could zero star it, but I generally have issues at this Wendy’s. My fault for continuing to come back. I, just today, had the manager actively taking a face to face order using cash from somebody in line, look at me and tell me that orders were kiosk only. My fault for only having cash, but she literally just lied to me because she’s actively taking this man’s order. Definitely didn’t look kiosk only to me. I’ve waited too long for my food, been charged wrong before, had my orders wrong before, and just dealt with general rude behavior and attitudes from people such as a “Britany”, who got an attitude with me because she wasn’t listening to my order and had me repeat myself 3 times, literally. I try not to be rude and rarely leave any negative reviews etc on places, but just save yourself some time. This specific location is awful and not worth it.

I ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce. It came with no lettuce. I called the store and asked the manager why the last 2 visits I asked for the same thing and got exactly the opposite. She said there was a shortage and tough luck. I asked why I wasn’t informed when I ordered the sandwich inside the restaurant, as I may have wanted to amend my order. She said I’ll tell the cashier but nothing I can do for you. The customer service is non existent in this store. A little effort can go a long way.

I have given this Wendy’s wayyy too many chances but this was it for me. I got half way through my drink and saw a piece of plastic floating in it. I am definitely done lol.

I have never reviewed any establishment but after so many negative experiences at the Springs Road location, I believe it’s time. I’m actually blown away but how many times I’ve been greeted with a sad and almost annoyed “Wendy’s what can I get for you”. I place a mobile order before arriving and treat them kindly (like I get it customer facing jobs can be draining so I try to make their lives easier) and it doesn’t help or matter. I pull around and it’s usually the same rude girl with an attitude who hands me my food without saying anything and slams the window closed. It’s a roll of the dice whether your food is fresh or old and dry like your grandma. Nothing sucks more than spending almost $15 and getting dry bland food. I live 2 minutes from this place and I make the drive to the Viewmont location just so I don’t have to deal with them. The sad part is this location has been this way for months. I mean look at all the negative reviews, they don’t care! As long as people keep coming, they won’t change. Several months passed and I tried to give this location a second chance. I won’t make that mistake again!
