Over $10 for a salad combo and drive 25 minutes home to find my salad is literally lettuce. No chili. Nothing. My only option, drive 25 mins 1 way to get the main component of my salad and then 25 mins back home. Unacceptable, ridiculous. I was a manager at Wendy’s. Standards really fell since then!

Mistakes Happen. My wife had picked up food and once she got home we realized they had given us the wrong order. They gave us someone else’s complete, with receipt, order. We ordered two of the $5 Biggie Boxes with an extra 6 piece nugget. The order we received was 3 Jr Bacons. I called them and spoke to Dakota, he was understanding and had also realized this mistake happened. He had our order remade and available by the time I got there, less than five minutes after the call. When I walked in and asked for Dakota he immediately knew I was the caller and hand delivered our order to me and apologized again. This young man is reason enough for me to want to return to this Wendy’s.

It looks like 3rd world eatery. Place need serious updating the inside seating area. Plus repair of beverage dispenser area. Leaking water and area needed cleaning. It’s a hazard. The food was excellent, hot and tastee. The cashier remained cool and calm despite heavy traffic and only he on the line.

Their drive thru is terrible. They take the order for one car and won’t take another until they’re completely through the line. They must be trying to meet metrics by not taking multiple orders so they can get it out in a specific timeframe.

Wendy’s was well known for having the best salads out of the other fast food chains. Now the salads looks like side salads at the cost of a full salad. This is very upsetting and can be the cause of losing a lot of customers.

Do not leave the drive thru until you verify everything you ordered is correct. I just got home after ordering 2 sausage EGG AND CHEESE biscuits. The pic show what I got. This isn’t a complicated order AND I used the app! Tried calling and the phone just rings and rings.

This was HORRIBLE. I wired in line and watched the cashier have some of the worst customer service I have EVER seen. The cashier comes and stand at the cash register and does not say a word to me looking very annoyed and angry. After about 10 seconds of silence, I asked are you read and she looked at me have a slight nod and said nothing. I walked out and will never go there again. I would give it minus stars if I could but it’s not possible.
