It’s 0012 at the time of this post and they are already closed. They are supposed to be open until 0200 on Saturdays. Wasn’t going to waste my time with this review but I’ll just add to it, morning crew sucks 50% of the time. When I here the voice on the intercom, that dictates what I order because one lady makes it super difficult for my original order and on top of that, service takes entirely too long for a drive thru. Timed it one morning 13 minutes 28 seconds of me waiting for my food and 2 vehicles behind me had already received their order and left. Can’t wait until other options are available on this base.

My service from Kate was exceptional!! She had such a great attitude from the moment she took my order to the moment I pulled away after getting my food. She kept a big smile on her face and was super nice and accommodating for me, I wish all employees at Wendy’s were like Kate. She definitely made my day brighter, which never really happens at a Wendy’s.

I don’t profess to be a Wendy’s person in general, but this place just isn’t good. Visited 3 or 4 times over the last 10 months and haven’t had a good experience yet. Food seems below Wendy’s standards, dining room is at least somewhat dirty, order mistakes…I could go on. They will thrive due to limited options on Mcas new river but I won’t go again.

No air conditioning. If you enjoy eating in an oven with zero air circulation, you’ll love this place. Employees look like they’re all struggling to breathe. I’m amazed they’re allowed to operate on a military base.

This is the best Wendy’s I have visited so far, when I took a bite of my burger it was burning hot. I love that. Usually when I get other burgers they are moderate or not. Even hot. I actually had to wait a couple minutes to eat it lol. The food and the service was great, it’s the best Wendy’s I’ve had so far!

Always have to wait for atleast 20 minutes, longer if there’s more than one person ahead of you, the food is always messed up, cold, or just not cooked right. Almost every time I’ve gotten a coke or diet coke, it taste like chery coke.
