Horrible but the ratings already show that. Took a bad order back after driving all the way home. They said the could re-make my order because they gave me someone else’s. I said no. I wanted my money back. They refused. Said I had to go home and make another trip in tomorrow to talk to the GM. Unbelievable

I have always loved eating at Wendy’s, but Wallace is the worst. I have eaten there 7 or 8 times since they opened and I always say I’ll never go back but then I do, hoping each the food would be right. Each time I have been my order was wrong and EVERY time the hamburger was raw. I just cannot eat raw hamburger. As others have written in their reviews, if I could give a negative star, I certainly would. Drive thru staff are definitely not friendly either.

I would just like to start off by saying, that Kalssa girl was amazing. Even though her manager was very rude the time I showed up, she made the issue better with my food. Kalssa gave me everything I needed, she was attentive and knew how to handle the customers and treated me well. She even made light of a very dark situation. But my last point is for the manager there to be trained, on how to talk to people. Because that was unacceptable.

It don’t matter what time of day you come for breakfast Lunch or dinner. They have the worst customer service I’ve delt with. I swear its like they train the employees to be cold, monotone, like they are Zombies. Its like we are bothering them. I love Wendy’s but this is the worst. Its been like this for Months!! The reviews obviously dont get read by higher ups in the company. Very sad, I’d honestly rather drive 30 min longer to another Wendy’s. Corporate needs to do something!!

This Wendys location is average. Inattentive staff. We waited at the drive thru for several minutes even talking to the speaker trying to get staff attention. We finally decided to drop up to the window, and the staff seemed annoyed. Food quality was good, but we only ordered two Frostys. We drove out of our way off I40 to get there. Will not make that effort again.

Amanda is extremely rude to her employees and the customers. She threw a chicken biscuit at another employee, didn’t want to give us our drinks, refused to give us a receipt, and told my husband he was lying about how long we were waiting. She claims we were only pulled up for 2 or 3 minutes and somehow they were able to serve 4-5 other vehicles in that time. 2 or 3 minutes to take 4 vehicles orders, payments, and give them their food is crazy work. Amanda is delusional and rude.

This is one of nicest Wendy’s locations I have been to. I do not know how to scan the rewards app offer at touch pad, so we went to counter. This location was busy. The drive thru was wrapped around the building the whole time we were there. The drive thru lane blocks cars from going the right way around building to park to dine in. We drove the wrong way to the left to go to park. The inside is really clean but kind of small. The line to order food kind of blocks the path to get to the restrooms. There is a separate large sink to wash hands near the restroom which is kind of cool. The food was decent and the frosty tasted great.

Left me sitting in the lot waiting on the rest of what I ordered
Came out to deliver it without the condiments I requested and left me waiting while they went back
Eventually returned to tell me there was no ketchup?
I requested a cup instead, waited several more minutes, no customers whatsoever.
Finally drove back to the window and was told they couldn’t make a cup of ketchup bc they “had to set up the whole condiment station first”
Twenty minutes is a long wait for a mobile order. Hard to rate the food well when I didn’t get to eat it warm.
And the explanation that they have to pull people up and waste time with multiple trips out to all the cars to keep their timer counts low is crazy. Customers are still waiting forever. It’s just that they can’t be held accountable to corporate or the franchise for it if we are left waiting anywhere but the window I guess.

Frequent this drive thru often. The service is getting worse and worse. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but they don’t even apologize if they make a mistake in your order and you have to come back. They half the time don’t even know what you order when you get to the window? And they are ALWAYS out of something. Do better people!

Service has declined greatly. If you order in the evening they’re guaranteed to get it wrong and they has such a careless attitude. They don’t answer phones so check your bags before you leave or you’re just going to be stuck with the wrong order
