Stopped this morning for breakfast. Was asked for my order, placed it……. nothing. Went to Bojangle’s. Had an amazing experience there instead. Take notes from other local restaurants to improve your customer service. I will not be back.

Dining in is always a pleasure here at this location! Customer service is excellent! My food that I order is always expertly prepared and presented! My thanks to the persons who make the burgers for they are always nice and neat! Prepared with passion! Not just slapped together! Also not to mention the employee Megan..she is just an amazing person..she never stops working..making sure the restaurant is always clean and prepared for customers! Megan always makes you feel welcomed here as she says hello and asked if everything is ok with you food and services! What a pleasurable experience!

I ordered 2 Bacon double stacks. I did not get bacon on my double stacks. Also, I paid cash and I was NOT given a receipt. That’s fishy, especially when you see the “work atmosphere” in that store. I just wanted to make this known. I am NOT satisfied with my order, but at least the food I did get, actually tasted REALLY GOOD. So, there’s my review for tonight. Thank you for your time.

Made a mobile order at this locale due to being a new rewards app member. MOD was polite and my food was fresh! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a problem at this location when it comes to quality of service & food. Definitely my go to Wendy’s locale now

The staff was nice however we were missing items from our order. Always check your bag before driving off. I was in too much of a hurry after long wait. I called and had to drive all the way back and wait again. They apologized and gave me double what I was missing. My daughter was happy for the drive but not missing her food.
