I order online with a purchase of Jr bacon meal and 10 pieces nugget. The French fries was cold and hard. The 10 pieces nugget was cold, hard and dark. I called the store spoke with the manager Mike. Mike as a manager supposed to ensure all online or walk customers food is fresh. Mike needs to step up as a manager to rectified that the oil is clean and change in the frier,also the grills for customers food safety. I notified door dash to receive a refund. Door dash refund $15.00. Thank you door dash!! Mike do better managing the Wendy store at 4916 Fayetteville Rd Lumberton, NC 28358

Thank you Wendy’s — I honestly just wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciated the kindness I experienced today. I went through the drive-through having a pretty rough day and was really looking forward to an Oreo Brownie Frosty as a little pick-me-up. They didn’t have the brownie batter available, but the employee kindly offered to make it with strawberry instead. I said sure, and when they handed it to me they smiled, told me to have a good day, and let me know it was on them.
That simple act of kindness truly meant more than they probably realize. It turned my day around and reminded me there are still genuinely thoughtful people out there. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed — thank you again for the sweetness (literally and figuratively). I appreciate you!

The food is always cold. The cheese is never melted on my burger. The chili was hot and good. The nuggets aren’t bad. The service was fast. The employees aren’t very happy, but thankfully they just take your order. Use the app to get a discount and free stuff.

This has to be the worst food ever. A simple spicy chicken combo shouldn’t be hard to make. The chicken was dry and probably had been sitting out for a minute, the fries were brown which let’s me know the grease hasn’t been changed out in forever. I highly recommend the GM or district manage come do a visit and over site of this Wendy’s.

I really like the breakfast sandwiches at Wendy’s but last week took the cake. I went 4 straight days and they had no coffee cups. Come on. How can this happen. Maybe one day but this was unacceptable. Was I going to order breakfast here then go somewhere else for my coffee? Thanks Wendy’s you spoiled our breakfast for 4 straight days. I’m not sure if I will ever go back. But that’s not my only concern what about these tiny cups of chili for nearly 4 dollars. Are you out of your mind. Come on are you for real. We use to have chili at our house once a week with a sandwich but that’s over too. I’ll never pay for it again. Your breakfast potatoes are the best around but your service and prices have run me off and I not sure if I will ever go back.

When you have a line of people, I don’t know if she was the manager or just packing up the food, but she could have done the drinks.Many of us had to leave.I was half hour in the line inside the store… If you have somebody as a cashier, let them be the cashier.Not only that, the poor young man was not even well.Trained he didn’t even know where to go and get the sodas

I ordered two “New” chocolate swirl Frostys. They looked like a plain chocolate frosty. They tasted like mediocre sweet milk chocolate.
They were not worth the hype. They looked NOTHING like the pictures.
I believe the attendants were more interested in courting as I had to ask for spoons, napkins, and or straws. I waited for 6 minutes for the cups
The restaurant was not that busy, so that is not an excuse for poor waitstaff and poor food presentation!
