Food was fine and correct. Older lady at counter was very short and rude. I thought to myself “probably having a bad day been there before, no worries” Saw two other younger employees who were amazing by comparison and very pleasant to the customers one going out of her way to help a nice elderly man who was deaf/mute place his order. Older lady proceeds to berate the younger one in front of the customer for helping him , not realizing he couldn’t hear her I guess. Younger lady put service first and should be given the proper recognition for it.

Every single time I order anything from this specific location its delicious, tasty and fresh. The workers and management are consistently nice and make sure my entire order is great!!! THE FROSTYS ARE THE BEST IN NORTH CAROLINA!!!! Always thick and flavorful!! I travel a while to eat at this Wendy’s. Thank you for outstanding food and service!! Keep up the great customer experiences.

So on my way to my doctor I stopped at Wendy’s thinking I’m going to get a sandwich a number 7 I asked for I got a number six my number 7 and a number 6 both have lettuce on their at no time did the cashier tell me that there was no lettuce or I would not have ordered a sandwich I do not like to eat fast food sandwiches at most places without lettuce tomato and onion so while I was waiting for my number seven why can the cook not put the meat on the bread all the way I heard the cashier up front telling another customer there was no lettuce as I was being hand in my food. I don’t know but when I was a manager for a fast food place and we ran out of stuff I would go to the store and I would buy it and I would save the receipt lettuce is very cheap it’s actually on sale right now at Charlie C’s thank you guys for making my order right I just wish I would have had lettuce oh yes and the service was very quick

Asked for my receipt because she didn’t put the order in correctly I think I may have been overcharged. And I had to ask for my cup for my combo meal . This happened in the evening on Jan 22nd. Horrible service. Will not go there again. I recommend you don’t eat there. The kitchen had food waste on the floor. Bad sanitation standards. A very horrible experience for a hardworking man.

Honestly… this was just awful. I’m simply not going to write a book. I had to go back to get my order correct. They were nice enough to fix my order. But the food is clearly mediocre. Room temperature. Except for the fries I had them make fresh. SO SLOW. I remember going to Wendy’s growing up… always a good memory. I guess everything is going up in flames these days.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum. Every visit has been a letdown. The food is never made correctly I always specify no cheese, yet it consistently arrives covered in it. Attention to customer requests seems nonexistent.
Service also deserves a single star. The drive through attendants are either yelling, distracted, or blatantly rude. Their attitude gives off the impression that they couldn’t care less about the customer to the point where you question whether your food is handled with basic respect.
I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who might have a physical, mental, or age related condition, as the lack of patience and professionalism here could easily make them targets of the same unacceptable behavior.
This location needs serious retraining in both food preparation and customer service. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding it.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Waited over 5 minutes with nobody else in line just to order, then when I did order, I got the WRONG order. There’s NO way you can confuse the word chocolate for vanilla unless you just don’t care about your job or are deaf, which she was definitely not. (Else I would’ve understood) but to blatantly give the wrong order, and to take your time getting to your customers is NOT how a restaurant should be run. Never coming back, which is disappointing due to how much I like this chain and live closest to this store, the extra miles will be worth it however ♂️ don’t waste your time here

If I could give zero stars I would. For the past 3 trips I have been here it’s been a conplet let down. Im a fan of the bake potatoes and there chill. Well It seems as every time I go they are out of one or the other.
Well I tried again tonight and guess what!? They were out of the chill the main thing I stopped for. I sate in the drive thur for a good 10 minutes waiting. Just to cancel and get an adtud from the working in the drive though because I wanted to cancel the order. And the truth be told they just didn’t want to make any. They definitely could do better!

I have never had good service at this location, however I have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. That was until today, not only was the service slow as usual, I received both of my sandwiches incorrect. I ordered two chicken Asiago and both came without bacon, upon returning to the store I was told that I wasn’t rung in properly (even though the total was correct for two number 8s). I asked for them to be remade and was just asked if I wanted the bacon put on them, I said that was fine for the sake of time. They then proceeded to hand me the bacon on the side (rudely I might add) and tell me that it was rung in wrong again. The women there had a bad attitude about it, I wasn’t rude so I don’t understand why I was given the attitude back. I was never offered a remake or anything additional. This was after my initial DT interaction where the food was shoved into my hands and I wasn’t even offered a receipt.
I will not be coming back to this location.
