This was my return visit to Wendy’s in as many weeks, and it continued to be a solid experience. The food was fresh, hot, and just what I was craving, and the service was quick and friendly. When a place delivers consistency like that, it’s easy to keep coming back. Wendy’s has proven once again why it’s a reliable go-to when you want something familiar and satisfying.

This location is Scamming its customers. You order a 2 for 3 and its soppose to be a medium hot coffee. When you ask why they gave you a small coffee they say there is no medium size. There is only small and large. This is a big scam and needs to be looked at.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The burgers were DRY like they had been sitting. Fries not fresh! Only thing good was my drink! LITERALLY! If I’m going to spend that much for my food, the least they could do is make it fresh. UNACCEPTABLE! The prices go up and we get LESS QUALITY

I always come here. The girl at the register was so sweet. She usually waits on me, but I do not understand how y’all cannot get a simple order like a Cobb salad correct or why you fail to communicate either you didn’t have any cheese or bacon you left it off and you didn’t tell me I would’ve changed the salad that I chose. It’s sad because, the job you do is simple. I’ve done it before. It’s not hard to communicate. I really want to bring the salad back and throw it in the window, but I left a bad review. I am a Wendy’s app user This makes me want to encourage everyone. I know that eats Wendy’s on a regular basis to go somewhere else y’all need to fix this. If I didn’t have to drive 15 minutes to Fayetteville, I would literally be on my way. Do better people do better.!!!

My husband came home with our family meal and all of our food was burnt and we barely got any fries. It was $36.02 for two adult meals and three kids meals. These fast food places are becoming horrible. I called the manager and he said if we came back to get fresh food the nuggets will still look burnt. He said it was new grease and he doesn’t know why they look like this. Even my husbands bacon on his burger was under cooked. All of the Wendy’s have been horrible with customer service and with the food.

Went to order six sausage egg and cheese biscuits and was told it was going to be a 25-minute wait.
Ordered the same thing the day before and it was fine. Waited 5 minutes. I could tell this person didn’t want to be at work. The lady the day before was great.

Attempted to stop by drive-thru on my way to work close to 6:50am about 8 times now through the last month and they are not open yet. Please update your operating hours.

My family and I walk in to order food. 1st We notice every coworker is staring at us. Next we order food and the young man takes our order and looks like he doesn’t like his job. Then what place doesn’t have straw or napkins. Food was cold and nasty. Also it was hot in the building. I will not be coming back to this place.
