Don’t waste your time stopping at this Wendy’s in Shelby Nasty!!!!! Period!!!!Got a creamy cold Brew coffee… it was so botterand no sweetener and tasted like burnt coffee. My potatoes were to hard to eat and this chicken maple croissant is not a croissant at all and the chicken isn’t real

I absolutely love this Wendy’s location because every time I visit, I have the pleasure of seeing Mr. Tony at the drive-thru. He truly embodies what it means to be an asset to this restaurant. His positive attitude shines through every single time I come here. Although I’m from another state, I frequently visit for my work at the hospital, contributing to the community through service. Even when I have to be at the hospital by 7 in the morning, I make it a point to stop by.
It’s incredible how Mr. Tony always remembers me as the “no ice lady,” recognizing my voice each time. Whether he’s the manager or a team leader, I believe he would make an exceptional leader. The teamwork displayed by the staff, with their constant smiles and professionalism, is commendable. It’s clear you have a fantastic team here!

I tried their Raven’s Blood Frosty just to see how it tastes I’m not even allowed to watch Wednesday yet. It was really good it tasted like cherries. It gave me My Chemical Romance vibes and I love that. U should try it idc if you want to u should anyways

We went thru the drive thru. When we got home we did NOT have all our order. I tried to call over and over. No one answered my husband went back up there and ask to speak to the manager. He was told someone wanted to speak to him but he never came. Finally to guy ask could he do something for us. My husband said YES. get me the items I was missing. Well by all this time our fries were ice cold and everything else was too. Nothing offered or given for that. We will take our business elsewhere. Tyvm

Went to go get a biggie bag with a co worker! BBQ sauce was left out of one of the bags! Simply asked for a BBQ sauce and that is was missing. Girl at the window said it will be 50 cent. We asked isn’t it included… given there was a ranch in the other biggie bag. It just simply was not put in the bag … no big deal at all. Girl said “let me see it” girl snatched the bag… she dug all through the bag with no gloves excessively like she didn’t believe us then said “oh you can have it then.” As putting the car in drive the girl then proceeds to sarcastically say have a “great day ma’am” while waving out the window with a huge attitude. Girl was a Hispanic young girl … clearly not professional at all! So rude! Shouldn’t be working at the window and have customer interaction! Get back to office and the BBQ sauce was completely busted guessing that is why she was waving so sarcastic! Just wow! Somebody needs to either let her go or let her not work in the front! Learn how to treat people & realize it’s okay to admit when you are wrong. No one was rude at all, you should return the same courtesy.

Not much for food quality. This is a large fry from the bag. Some fries were poured out but I actually put them back in this container. I assume the standard is to charge someone for a bigger item and still hand out small amounts. More profit for them. This was at 11:30 am. Most all days this place is busy so why can’t they sell you nice fresh fries.
