Sorry for the blurry of my pictures but me and my ordered the Asiago spicy chicken sandwich. They told us to pulled up and wait because the chicken patty is still cooking so we waited like a good 15 minutes. Checked our foods before leaving. Got home and ate almost halfway of the sandwich and me and my husband literally chew on some raw chicken. Like come on.. if you’re such in a rush of cooking the chicken and don’t have the time to even cooked the chicken the fast food is not for you. Like people get sick of eat you know. We paid for our foods with our hard working money. So please make sure everyone’s foods is cooked before handling it out to them. We had to cooked it in the air fry to make sure the chicken is cooked.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. No answer at the intercom so I went inside. Once inside I waited another 15 minutes to order. After I ordered it was another 15 minutes before they told me it was going to be 8 minutes on tenders.lol. I’m just tickled at this point. 10 workers nobody can stay focused enough to actually work.

They cooked the fries till they were bricks. I was late for work so couldn’t get fresh fries. Will never go back. I know they wouldn’t eat them why should we have to. I did get a few that were good. But 98% were bricks. Do better for ur other customers

service was terrible. Employees did not greet customers. When waiting in line it almost seemed liked customers were bothering them more than anything. No customer service at all! There was an employee children sitting in the lobby. 2 girls, one still in a stroller and the oldest sitting in the chair no older than maybe 5 years old. She was quiet for the most part, but no kid can stay quiet long. The mother (employee) came to check on them every 5-10 minutes. The cashier was unpleasant. Didn’t greet nor talk. Didn’t even tell me my total, I had to look at the screen myself as he just handed me my cups and walked away. I ordered 4 DOUBLE Krabby Patty meals for my family and I and when I got home they were all SINGLE patties. Tried calling the store back and received no answer. I let the phone ring for at least 3 minutes straight before hanging up. Very upset and frustrated, my kids were hungry I let them eat the food, but it’s so disappointing for no kind of customer service or at least an apology on the phone for messing up the order. No way of correcting the mistakes because they DO NOT answer the phone. We work hard for our money and pay price differences of getting an extra patty and not getting it is wasting the hard money we work for. This Wendy’s has really gone down hill since the last time I was there.

We ordered on the app. Getting through the line was not a problem. Ordered a burger with lettuce for a bun. As a former Wendy’s employee I had ordered with the assumption that all condiments would be on the side. And look at the mess I received. No napkins no silverware on my way to a funeral literally can’t be serious. I can’t even turn around.

I really enjoyed this location of the Wendy’s restaurant, the staff were super helpful and their friendly attitude added to the great experience. I will gladly come back. The meal was quite tasty too

I wanna preface this by saying i’ve always been a fan of wendy’s.
The Wendy’s spicy chicken classic, always my favorite. Add a small
Frosty and fry a dr pepper and I was always a happy camper .
That being said, this particular wendy’s, is always hit or miss.
One time not terribly long ago when I pulled up to the window to pick up my order.I could see through to the floor on the inside behind the service counter, and it looked like somebody dumped about six trash bags of garbage on the floor.. it was absolutely disgusting.. If you’re willing to walk around in that through your shift, regardless of how busy you are or may not be and not care that you’re walking around in absolute filth, it put a mental image in my head of what the quality of the food would be and the surfaces that the food was prepped and cooked on, so we didn’t eat the food, we drank our drinks and went down to cookout for sandwhiches, and then for 2 years, I did not come back.
At this location, more than once, we’ve also had attitude And lousy service thrown at us ,in the past , dried out hamburgers and hastily thrown together sandwiches, just messy and chaotic,
partially filled french fry containers etc..
But then, on other days, we’ve had people who were very nice on the intercom, they were very nice at the window ,the food was made right.It was piping hot, it looked neat , like they cared ,and you looked through the window picking up your stuff and it doesn’t look like a hot mess…
So what i’m saying here is, unfortunately, you roll the dice at this location… When they are good and they are on point, you are very happy.And when they’re not, it’s bad enough that you don’t want to come back…
I say to the owner of this franchise, attitude and consistency makes all the difference, and cleanliness, as someone who worked many years in the food industry
