Staff refuses to acknowledge or greet guests. Stood around for 5 to 10 minutes standing as the lone person waiting to place an order. One person stood at the drive thru window and made eye contact with me, but rather than greet me they just laughed and carried on with their personal conversation with another staff member.

This location is clearly leaving their food out longer than it should be particularly at night. Patties are cold every time. They’re sitting out so long there’s probably bacteria growing on them. Fries are out longer than they should be as well and are always cold. I’m surprised the health inspector hasn’t caught this yet. Don’t waste your time here. I’m not sure anything will change until the owner cares. Maybe their sales going down might wake the owner up.

Ordered a family chilli was told did have much so we settled for 2 large as we waited the drive thru was selling chilli and well people were bringing stuff in to be fixed. Some one asked for sweet tea and the response was were out. What happened to doing your best at what you do. Was amazed that no one once smiled. Everyone acted like they wanted to be somewhere else. Won’t be back McDonald’s is on their Game at the 37$ level food purchase. Dave would hang his head in shame

I have always liked Wendy’s. Service has never really been a problem. However the burgers themselves are considerably smaller. Quite disappointed!!

My sister and I ordered our food and it took the company AND the delivery person OVER AN HOUR to make and deliver our food. Supposedly, the driver was “stuck in traffic.” I’ve gone down the highway from Exit 51 down to not too far from the Goodwill. It doesn’t take almost an hour to drive it.

I ordered a taco salad. No chips or chili were on it as advertised. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from here and it’s wrong. What is going on with this place? I understand staffing shortages, but to do blatantly get orders wrong continuously, that’s employees not paying attention or trying.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Employees are rude, the food is always cold and fries are always old. On our most recent visit they forgot a whole burger from one of our combos. Save yourself the disappointment
Edit: my bf went back in to get his missing burger and asked for his meal to be remade because everything is cold and returning to the store is making it even colder. The manager walked past him several times and went to the bathroom and came out blowing her nose and didn’t wash her hands after. He requested the number for corporate and she pretended not to hear him. The whole time they were remaking the order the people making it were laughing and talking to each other about how they didn’t mess the order up to begin with.

Ordered a basic Spicey Chicken combo with Chili and cheese and Coke. Received a plain cheeseburger and basic chili. Called to let the manager know and instead of being worried about getting the order wrong they were mainly worried getting their food back. After calling the location back the female manager told she made my Chili with cheese personally. This is how the Chili looked. I then asked the female manager whom her boss was and she states that she is her own boss and answers to no one. This Wendy’s makes the corporation look horrible. I would not stop by this place if driving by. I will not be eating at Wendy’s anymore.

The staff at this location for late night were rude. They also leave buns out the bread was stale, the burger was cold and left out, the cheese on the burger was not even melted zero items were hot or cooked fresh. Not friendly at all avoid this location go to independence or even McDonald’s is better than this
What i mean by rude is hands me my food, I say, “Thank you so much!”, does a 180 and the window slams shut says nothing and walks away. This happened tonight 7/29 at 11:30pm! Couldn’t even eat the food it was so bad I threw it away! For context I love Wendy’s! This is not Wendy’s! Absolute garbage location!!! ️ ️ Hire people that actually do their jobs!!!
