I ordered a taco salad, large fry, and a sweet tea from here today at the drive-thu. I was missing the sour cream(asked for extra), missing silverware, ketchup for the fries I ask for, and a straw for my drink. Oh forgot also got a frosty for my son….no spoon… straw or anything. Surprised, the napkins were in both bags. I am not too happy with this store. Every time I get food from here, there are multiple things wrong or missing. When I go inside to ask about the missing items, they act like it’s an inconvenience to get it for me. Don’t get mad about forgetting it. I want what I paid for!!! Try to do a bit better, please!!

The old white lady with the salt and pepper hair that I’m pretty sure is a manager has no business speaking to her employees the way she does. She had no respect for me waiting 10 minutes past on a delivery order and tried to take food that was being prepared for my order to use on other orders she said were more important. KEEP IN MIND, DoorDash pays the restaurant for the orders they fulfill so they are just as significant as the next. She was very unprofessional and was yelling at an employee for DOING HER JOB. Don’t waste your time coming here. And to the nice black lady that was helping me, thank you so much and get you a better job boo ❤️

I only go in the morning, so Im usually dealing with responsible adults because most kids are in school or don’t wake up that early to earn money. The morning staff is usually good . Food is decent for fast food. A few times I went and it was closed because only one person showed up for work

This Wendy’s sucks, the girl who was working the drive thru tonight has an attitude like we are bothering her by coming to order food. Took 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. When I got my food I checked it and was missing food, told the girl and she tried to tell me I was wrong then got annoyed when I proved myself right. Only went here because Culver’s was closed due to a computer issue.

The food was cold. My large frosty was served in a small cup, but I was told that was still a large, and it was only barely have filled. The food is cold, and the chicken sandwiches are slightly cold as well, and must have been raw as me and my wife got sick throughout the night from possibly food poisoning I’m assuming or some type of food contamination and all the employees just curse the whole time with my kids in the car hearing like it’s a rated-r movie people should never come back to this location again until they get all new staffing.

I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes with one car in front of me and no one in front of them. When I placed my order, I pulled around and nothing was right in my bag. I pulled out of the drive-through window inside stood there for another 10 minutes while at least four of the employees inside we’re on their phones texting or talking on them. When I asked, could they help me I told them they got my order wrong, then they asked what I ordered, and I told them, still on their phones, they got it wrong again. I will never go back to this place again.

We went there to pick up a mobile pick up order and the lobby was locked up. We drove through the drive through to pick it up and we had the worst attitude from everyone that I’ve ever received at any business including the DMV. They rolled their eyes and I apologized for going through the drive thru and asked what time their lobby closed. They said it closes at 9. It was 7:15. Again, I’m not trying to be difficult on them. They have me the food and closed the window. We’re missing drinks and food. I waved to the manager who was sitting on the counter and the five other kids at the counter to get their attention and he shook his head “no” at me. When someone finally looked over at us, the girl rolled her eyes and finally came over. She said “yup” and we told her what we were missing. Again they basically tossed the drinks at us and closed the door. I own a business and this drives me absolutely insane. The manager or supervisor basically told us to screw off.

Order 3 maple chicken biscuits and was given 3 plain flour-tasting chicken biscuits. It’s so time-consuming when they don’t take the time to make sure your order is correct or give you a receipt. It’s a waste of time and money. Is it so impossible to make sure the paying customer is receiving the correct food? This location disappoints to often, with it being a new location was expecting better serves.
