This Wendy’s was a pleasant delight compared to the one in Sun Valley. Chicken sandwich was hot and chicken was juicy. I’m not a huge fan of fries, either. But their fries were hot and actually rather pleasant. I would definitely come here again.

Wonderful. Went through drive through on New Year’s Eve, took a second for us to decide what we wanted and the young lady at the drive through was amazing. Such a great attitude. Very patient. Ready to serve and with a warm smile told us to be safe and have a happy New Year. She was great!

Heavy set black girl with a very bad attitude (Needs to smile more, be kind) Charged us $27 for 2 jr cheeseburgers, 2, 10 piece nuggets, 1 large fry 1 large drink. Didn’t give us a receipt!
The food was awful! Made us sick.

The food gets a 1 star because there was a hair in my food! Never had this happen but your wouldn’t happen if they wore there hair nets js! Black hair when I have blonde hair! But other than That everything else was fine just had to check it first

Wendy’s is usually my go-to for fast food because I like the fresh, never frozen beef and their spicy nuggets are hard to beat. On this visit, the food was okay—not great, not terrible. My burger was warm but not very fresh, and the fries were a bit soggy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but service was a little slow even though it wasn’t that busy.
The drink machine had plenty of options, and I appreciate that they have baked potatoes and salads if you want healthier choices. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re craving fast food, but consistency can be an issue depending on the location.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wendy’s. I placed a mobile order well in advance—25 minutes before arriving. When I got there, the employee asked for my card and charged me an extra $5.77, even though I had already paid in the app. Then she had to get a manager to refund me in cash. It was disorganized and frustrating.
After that, I was told to pull forward and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. And when I finally received my order, it was wrong—I was missing my fries. I had to go inside to ask for them, and the employee rudely said, “You want fries? We’ll have to make them.” Completely unacceptable.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this location this week. The lack of professionalism, long wait times, and careless customer service are enough to make me never return. Do better, Wendy’s.

Big bacon combo no bacon and was raw. Even after going inside from the drive through trying to have fist issue solved now i get home and realize more issues. They even had pieces of chicken that looked like jerky in my wife’s salad with rotten strawberries. Horrible experience the last three times but this was the worst

We will not be going back to this wendys. Employee raised their voice and used profanity all because I asked for a new coke that had ran out of syrup. The order was also wrong but I didn’t want to say anything after that.
