I ordered the bacon cheeseburger which they did not even put bacon on. The baked potatoe, which tasted and the texture felt like, it was microwaved twice and sat there. I also got a classic chocolate frosty which was melted when i got it.
I do not recommend going at night. I went around 11pm. Usually Wendys is great, but last night it was awful and i had to get back to work so i couldnt wait to give it back and wait for it to be remade. Waste of money!

waiting an HOUR for 2 baked potatoes is INSANE not to mention the wait. The staff were nice and all but my order wasn’t even correct nor did i get my drink. mcdonald’s would definitely be the better option at least you’ll know it won’t take an hour to get fries

The food was fresh and hot.. but the manager acted like more of a dictator than a person that had compassion for her employees… when I asked for a dipping sauce..I was told it was fifty cents… it was not the money but the principle of having to pay for a sauce to add to my sandwich…smh… never again will I go to this Wendy’s… 50 cents for a freaking dipping sauce…

Not sure if I like the new chicken fingers. The chicken was very good but the coating seemed to be not quite done. Prefer the nuggets but this may be a one off and my 1st time at this Wendy’s.

Pineapple frostie the first time I tried it wasn’t good because it was melted by the time I got it. The second time it was good because it wasn’t melted it, and my mom found a hair in her fries you can zoom in on the picture and see the hair on her fingernail.

Not sure if corporate or terrible managers, only 2 or 3 max employees are at the store at any given time. It’s 11:25am now and 5 cars have been in line for 45 minutes. Hire more staff!

They locked the lobby at 8 and we had to wait ten minutes in the drive thru before someone took our order. Then they were out of stock of the only thing we specifically stopped there for. They might have updated the appearance, but the service still sucks.

Horrible Manager here!! Horrible slow service!! I love Wendy’s burgers and fries however, the lady manager here at the Forest City North Carolina restaurant is not fit to be a manager. She treats the customers horribly!! I personally witnessed her jerking food out of a teenager’s hands because he said it was cold. She used cuss words in this situation. That is 100% unacceptable. And let me add that if that had been my child, had I not got her right then I most definitely would have been waiting in the parking lot after her shift every single night. And that is a fact.
Wendy’s corporate, do better! I would not recommend anyone at all go to the Forest City North Carolina Wendy’s. Myself and I’m sure the other customers standing around will be calling corporate about this manager.
On a sweeter note though, crew member Shianne is Awesome!! She really works hard and has the best personality. Keep going Shianne!!

Really good! I love their Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger and their fries are always good and fresh! This may be weird but I love their lettuce. It’s always crunchy and good! My favorite part of the burger!

Something has gone downhill fast in the last few months. Gave it another chance after the previous customer service experience was poor and interior was gross as the drink machine was filthy and smelled.
Tonight- I ordered a plain cheeseburger (attached photo of said “plain” burger)
and a sprite that came with a mix of whatever previous dark soda poured. Sweet tea had a taste of soda in the cup also? The chicken sandwich we received was burnt and thrown together sloppily. Super frustrating and disappointing.
