This was a great location for a quick meal. The girl at the front counter was very kind when I placed my order. The food came out fast and was presented so nicely on the tray. It was also delicious! The restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely will come here again.

See this sign that says “Dining Room Open”? Guess what? The dining room isn’t open and instead you get to enjoy an extremely long (and slow!) drive thru because the owner (or manager) has ONE Wendy’s employee doing everything. EVERYTHING. Order taking. Food prep. Food cooking. Corporate needs to hear about this because that owner or manager needs to be working alongside this solo employee rather than feeding her to the wolves. Or maybe they just need to shut down if they can’t properly staff or help take up the slack themselves…. Five stars for the service because that solo employee is doing all she can. 0 for the rest because this Wendy’s ought to be ashamed of themselves…

Not sure how they managed to include burnt fries, uncooked fries (they were literally cold when I pick them up like they hadn’t completely defrosted), and then some that were decent all in one container.

Service was slow. Had to wait 25 minutes in line to get my food in the drive thru and I 8had to ask the cashier for my credit card as he forgot to give it back to me… Other than that the frosty was excellent l, the baked potato was excellent and the Apple Pecan Grilled chicken salad was excellent because that was my wife’s dinner and the food and frosty was excellent according to my honey.

I’ve been to several different Wendy’s in the last few months. All of which can not seem to grasp that some people have food allergies and ask for things not to be put on the sandwiches. The food tasted great. The only issue I keep having is they still put things in the sandwiches that I’ve asked not to be put in. This is not the 1st time or 2nd but the 5th time and it seems to continue happening no matter what town or city. 4 different restaurants in the last few months because I actually like their sandwiches. If they could grasp the serious intent of learning that not everyone likes everything on their sandwiches because of food allergies. They will get a better score from me

DO NOT go to this Wendy’s location unless you enjoy waiting 45 minutes for a fully staffed restaurant to decide to start thinking about making your food.

I waited 36 minutes with one car ahead of me. I sat at the menu waiting for someone to speak. I could hear them talking as the mic was left on. I sat there 10 minutes. I asked if anyone was there with no response. I finally said hello loudly and someone asked me to wait. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I can’t tell you how the food is because I was not willing to wait any longer.

Ar 7:50 pm est on June 11 my family and I stopped in. Zero customers. The dining room and condiment station was absolutely nasty so we decided to get our order to go. Either a cigarette or blunt was hanging from one employees hat. Not appropriate. When we got home, even though they were not busy, they did not give us the spicy chicken nuggets or the one order of French fries. There were only three of us. They got two chilies correct and a burger. Unexceptional all around.

This store is horrible. Almost every time I get food here my order is wrong. This time they forgot To give me The large fry with my combo. Last time I almost placed a mobile order but decided to pick it up instead. And when I. Got? To the restaurant it. Was closed? It wasn’t even on the mobile app that the location was closed That day. The next closest Wendy’s didn’t know either and suddenly understood. Why they had a line wrapping around their building for people placing drive through orders. I will go out of my way to go to another location rather than come to this one ever again. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Sat in drive thru for a good while before anyone bothered to say even one word. Used to be you would at least have enough professionalism to say “welcome, we’ll be with you in a moment.” These people working were just rude and unprofessional. But that is becoming the standard these days. The kid dumping the trash sped up to get in front of my truck as I was finally starting to pull forward, then slowed down and stared at me the whole time as he walked across. People at the window were unprofessional. Overall garbage experience. Just another place ruined by victim hood and entitlement and it shows. You may not like the money you’re making, but you agreed to the job, so the least you could do, is do the job to the minimum requirement. Order was correct but made sloppy. Condiments all over the bun, burger patties not centered to each other even slightly, veggies basically on the side covered in condiments. They weren’t busy, there was literally nobody in front of me in line. Get it together. If you can’t even do a fast food job, what are you doing with your life. And before anyone judges, I worked in fast food for years as a teen and early 20s and never did this poorly at my job.
