The attitude at this place is abundant. I didn’t mind the wait time for the drive through because they used to be nice and the food was delicious. I dont know whats going on but it has been going down hill. Attitude, cold food, wrong items in order and then forgetting to hand out drinks and refusing to hand out drinks when asked. Like ma’am, I dont recall using your card to pay for my order.

I’m not sure who hires these workers or who owns this place and is responsible for making the hiring decisions. But for starters I’ve used the mobile app recently 5 times and 4 of those times my order isnt correct. And when I nicely try to bring it to the workers attention, it’s like I’m the problem and they always have attitudes. Ya’ll need to do better about hiring the right kind of character because as of late, these people aren’t it. Ya’ll need to take a page out of the Chick-Fil-A playbook. I’ve never had a single problem with inaccurate orders or attitudes from their workers EVER.

I asked the drive thru person what my options were for a particular item on their menu. She literally sighed and gave me an attitude.. Then when I pulled up to window and tried to explain that I had to ask bc I didn’t know what my options were, she ignored me as if she could care less. Please don’t work in the customer service industry if it’s hard to answer a simple question..

So I just left Wendy’s I got a 4 dollar biggie bag and a drink the total came up to 7 and some change. I gave the dude a 20 he only gave me 7 dollars back. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I don’t even live in albemarle. I call the store several times no answer. I paid 16 dollars for a drink and a meal that was suppose to be four dollars. I want my change back who is the GM ????

Did a mobile order was told to wait. No problem I understand. I have a problem when my son makes a noise a was told to wait again with attitude. That’s when I lost it. Never have I ever in severe talked to someone that way. She back track what she did then told me to leave. Never getting anything had to cancel his order. Maybe instead of getting an attitude in the beginning at other people for being short staffed adjusted the attitude

The deplorable Albemarle Wendi’s service continues. On 10/28/25 9:30pm I waited in a line of cars for 20 minutes to place my order. Car in front appears to be chatting with the cashier for 30 minutes.The guy finally moves-no food order. I start to order and the female food worker states they closed at 9:30pm. They didn’t feel like working anymore. This site needs new management.
