On the evening of 9/5/25 my wife and I got two chicken sandwich meals. Both of the buns were moldy. Do not recommend going this location. Try to call several times onto for no answer. Very disappointed.

I went to Wendy’s last night and I decided to take a bite off my sandwich once I was like 20 minutes away from Wendy’s and I noticed there was mold on my bread! Went into wendys at kitty hawk nc. I was totally ignored for at least 15 minutes. As I was leaving lady came over finally to take my order. There were a lot of worker bees doing drive thru and they saw me and my daughter standing there . No communication whatsoever. Not even a I’ll be with u shortly or nothing. I was a minority in thilocation. U could tell!. WONT BE GOIN TO THIS ONE ANYMOREM. these people represent ur company and they totally ignored us

It is a clean restaurant, but food & service so-so overall. Wendy’s app rates a 2 star. Why do you need to click on coupons to use them? Cumbersome. Disappointing.
