Much better quality than most other fast food outlets. The peppered chicken fillet burger is delicious, free refills with drinks. They have a freestyle machine for the mixing any combination of drinks. Service and staff are great. Quick turnaround on order and cooked fresh.

Food was good. Drive through seemed fast, but going inside, the staff kept us waiting for 5 mins while they chatted with each other. The manager was loud and unprofessional, including mocking a drive through customer who had just left. (Pro tip: Don’t assume your customers don’t speak Spanish. )Really poor management.

After getting our order wrong, we pulled around to the window again. I showed the “manager” the burger she gave me and told her I did not order a burger and that I ordered the ghost pepper chicken. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the ghost pepper spicy or not……I would like to think you hire employees with enough common sense to know that a ghost pepper is hot. Please retrain your management to actually manage and not merely translate to the help you bus in.

I was out with my friends and one of them is young and hasn’t ordered at a drive through so we gave him a chance to order and he was very awkward but we thought it was funny so we laughed and so we continued to laugh at our friend who was having trouble ordering and this random lady on the speaker that I assume is the manager yells at us to stop laughing at the guy at the intercom saying we were disrespectful so we just left she could have said it nicely so we could explain why we were laughing but we just left
