I was charged for a double combo(not a single), at an $11.99 outrageous price.
My Bacaonater had 2 old dark brown dried up patties on it.
I wanted to turn around & give them the food back, but I was down the highway when I noticed how inaccurate my order was.
I would like what I ordered & with fresher cooked meat patties.

This has been our favorite Wendy’s but yesterday changed my opinion. I don’t know what had happened before me in the drive through window , but Lord have mercy! I came through and the lady in the window got angry because I failed to say I had a coupon. She began yelling at me and I replied, “Ma’am if it’s a problem I will just pay it out of pocket” yet she continued to yell the same phrase over and over “Next time you tell me! Next time you tell me at the speaker!” She finally slammed the window shut and then opened it, shoved my food out, yelled again and slammed the window again. So shocked and frustrated. I certainly hope she has been nicer to everyone else! This Wendy’s needs to reign in that employee. Cannot treat customers that way!

Went to this location after attending a concert. It was 12:46 am. The girls that took care of us were so nice. Waited for nuggets and they came to the car to deliver them. All food was just made. They were so sweet and nice.
Before went to McDonald’s and even thou they closed at 1am as well nobody came to the window or answered the mic. Thank God for Wendythat saved me from a crying and cranky teenager.

My grandson’s favorite quick lunch stop. The only problem was it was very humid inside and felt sticky while having lunch. Felt like no a/c. Might be a thing with Wendy’s because the one in Norfolk was the same way. It may be a way for them to have folks eat faster and push folks out the door

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Not to mention they try to charge for packs of sauce, like really? As if your food prices aren’t high enough as it is. I will not be back I’ll go somewhere that appreciates my business.
The only person in there I truly appreciate is the older African American gentleman. He is very nice.
