Disappointed with a dry, rubbery chicken sandwich, returned it and the second one, served immediately, was just as dry and rubbery. Both tasted like they had been sitting out WAY too long. Maybe safe, but not edible . If a product is returned with a complaint of being overcooked or old, don’t just give them another piece of old dried out chicken. Throw the remaining chicken out and replace with a freshly cooked piece.

Drive thru at the one in New Bern is SUPER slow and for some reason cannot take but one or two orders at a time causing massive wait times. After paying I was told to pull up. I waited for 10 minutes for my food. There was no one ahead of me. Once I got my food I told the cashier that I was about to leave and ask for my money back. She gave me the food and said thank you while walking back to inside.
