When I say that I am LIVID with this burger, I mean WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?! I’m thinking this was supposed to be a delicious juicy burger like the one advertised but instead I was given THIS?!
Not to mention, I ordered a junior cheeseburger for my niece so she could get her free frosty, but the lady didn’t include it with the order. I’m so disappointed.

Today marked my first visit to this Wendy’s, and I had a wonderful experience. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the five-dollar biggie bag, which included a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. It was an excellent meal for the price. The restaurant was very tidy; however, the floor was quite slippery, and I felt like I might lose my footing while inside.

Felt bad for the many workers there. Seemed very confused. The order menus were down, apparently, and only one person on the register for the line of people inside. When we asked if we could order at the register, the girl didn’t understand what we were asking and another waiting customer had to ask. The employees were not able to help us and seemed annoyed we were even there. We were very uncomfortable and wished we had done the drive through. But with our long drive way we needed to get out and move around. Rest rooms needed serious attention. The food was excellent tho.

Wendy’s food is absolutely delicious, and I loved every bite! However, it was very busy when I visited, so it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry. That said, the staff is super nice and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable despite the wait.

Service was awful and food was cold. Employees did not show respect, smile or say thank you. Dropped frozen chicken tenders and French fries on floor and left them. One employee dropped a frostie and kicked it across the floor. Saw cook go out the door to smoke pot and brought the awful smell in dining room. Will not be coming back and I live in Roanoke Rapids!

This is a ridiculously slow staff. Arrived in restaurant at 2:05. Received our order at… it’s 2:35 and it’s still not here. Every other option is better.
Ooh! Update: it came at 2:40! Yay.
Seriously, don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.
2nd update: the fries are lukewarm at best. There is literally a 6 year old next to me crying that he’s hungry. Their order was $50+ they’re going to be here awhile.

I want to give a shout out to the young man working the broom, mop, frosty refill, napkin refill, etc. He never stopped moving; they need more of him.

Burger was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Service at the speaker and window were awful. Tried several times to call the store and let them know and nobody ever picked up. You’re right off the interstate! Get it together.

This is honestly the nicest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Just passing through for holidays and I was majorly impressed with how quickly the food was ready. I hadn’t even gotten my receipt yet before they finished my food! The restaurant was very clean, it has a little napkin and condiment caddy at every table. The bathrooms were clean. I don’t live here but I will stop here again! Oh yeah, I really thought the food was good too.
