I waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins. She did say “hold on a minute” so i understood they were busy. We ordered 4 things. They were out of everything. Still fine. We got to window, assuming the lady was a manager she had a Wendy’s vest on. Anyways- no hello, how are you? I say thank you she doesn’t respond, that’s still fine. I get it. We have bad days. Order rang up wrong. I’m still fine. I pull up to check the food just to make sure it’s right, ordered plain burger all were wrong.. looped back around because the inside was closed with a sign on the door,. Politely told her hey it’s not your fault but I just need my plain burgers and we were missing 1 thing. She said “pull up”.. ok. I get to the window she aggressively holds bag out the window. I told her thank you have a good night and she shut the window. Nothing.
I get being overwhelmed, being short staffed. But a little “have a good night”. Or sorry about that. Could have changed the whole thing. Will never ever go back. Rude. Not to mention long acrylic nails with no gloves picking chicken nuggets up to throw them back in the carton and put them in bag. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service.

I usually get great food from there but last week I ordered 2 singles, no cheese, ketchup only at the drive thru and took it home. I got 2 singles with double cheese and 2 completely dried out burgers. They were so bad I gave it a shot eating them anyway but just could not. They must have been setting on the grill for a long time. I thought you should know.

My girlfriend and I were out late on a Thursday night and decided we wanted Wendy’s on the way home. Little did we know we were in for some of the best customer service especially at this time of night. We pulled up and had an overly confusing order that Erika took perfectly and got it to us in no time. As well as she was extremely personable. I hope everytime I go to this Wendy’s I get to see her because she absolutely made my day.

Y’all, check your workers’ nails now! Someone is missing one because it ended up in the chicken nuggets. I have actually never been more upset or disgusted in my lifetime. Idk how you let an entire section of a nail end up in someone’s food without being sued. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst experience ever! We waited almost 3 minutes before we saw anyone behind the counter. We had a coupon for 2 small chicken sandwich combos for $12. He charged us $14.12 and could not explain why it as $14.12 . His hair was hanging down in his eyes so I’m not sure he could read the register. We were dining in and our food was put in bags. The soda machine drain was full of soda just churning in the bottom. There were ketchup pumps full in the lobby but no cups for it. Our sandwiches were supposed to have Mayo on the side and came with mayonnaise. It had one tiny pc of lettuce and a tiny tomato. He did not bring me the correct sandwich, I had to go back up front to get it. Most of the tables were filthy. They were not busy. As we were eating I observed the same guy running the register making sandwiches several times without washing his hands. Neither of the guys working had hair nets or food service gloves on. One of the employees daughters was in the lobby asking Mom to cook her fries and being very loud and boisterous. I observed the staff giving them food without ringing it up & them paying for it. Worst Wendy’s in NC!

Got home and my food was lukewarm and lacking bacon my bacon doublestack. Also, no sauce for my nuggets. I had ordered through the app for carry out and my food was at the drive through. Likely will not be going back to this Wendy’s if they can’t get my order right.
