Food is solid, restaurant cleanliness and staff assertiveness are below average. I dined in, and it was 3:00 pm so not busy at all. I walked to counter to order and it took about 60 seconds for anyone to even acknowledge I was there and ready because the staff were all staring down at phones. Order was straightforward and food came out quick. The drink machine was my next stop, and there was old spray all over the inside of fill area, needed ketchup and it was completely out, utensil and lid cup area was very messy, minor trash on tables in dining area. Food tasted good, burger was hot and had plenty of ketchup. Fries were average and had a slight old oil taste but not awful. Stopped into bathroom on the way out and it has a it of a sewer smell and the sink was hanging off the wall. It was below average for cleanliness.

I recently visited Wendy’s, and it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was incredibly slow, even though there weren’t many customers. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing any level of customer service.
When my order finally arrived, it was completely incorrect. I had ordered a Dave’s Single with specific toppings, but it came without lettuce and tomato. The fries were not only cold but also tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The overall quality of the food was subpar, and it’s clear that the staff doesn’t take pride in what they serve.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. It’s frustrating to spend your money on a meal and receive such poor quality food and service. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s location, and I would advise others to consider other options.

I just don’t know what’s going on at this location. Inaccurate orders, long wait times, poor/rude attitude from staff. This location will mess your order up, and not make part of your order entirely….all while ignoring/being rude/ telling the customer to their face that the customer is lying . Bad food quality.
I NEVER , everrrr post food reviews but geez man… I feel sorry for the manager, because he was the ONLY one that was nice, professional, and willing to resolve the issue.

I visited this location on 10/26 at 7:00 PM. I tried to order chili and was told sorry we’re out for the day. Tried ordering a sweet tea and got the same response. It would be an ok response if the store was closing soon, but the store was open for another 3 hours.
Finally ordered a burger and that was actually available. However, despite the order being correct they still put the wrong toppings on it. I went inside to have the order corrected and someone that seemed to be the manager came up to me. I informed her it was made wrong and then she said she made it and it was right and started to give me the burger back. I then explained what a plain hamburger was and she thought that meant I wanted all of the topping except for cheese. She finally agreed and remade the burger correctly.
While I was waiting she was telling the employees to clean everything so they could leave as soon as they close, which is again 3 hours away. That explains why they were out of items for the day, which seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews.
Upper management needs to review camera footage and see what is going on at night because there seems to be some questionable leadership decisions being made at this location.

3 stars for atmosphere because it’s colder inside than outside. Wanted family size chilli and they said they didn’t have lids for the Family size chili. Said 4 smaller containers equals same as the large but I know family size is 5 of those containers. So I didn’t get the family sized container. Instead we just ordered 2 large chilies and this is first time we got soup. More liquid than beans or meat and it was to spicy for me to eat. So I went and got a burger. Cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger but I ate it because my mouth and stomach were burning and it was palatable. It just freezing inside. Must be why it’s so clean because no one wants to stay inside and eat. Men’s bathroom toilet leaks . Puddle of water on floor and toilet paper not even in dispenser.

if I could give it zero stars I would. They told me they were out of three different meals before I finally got to one that they had the ingredients for. I ended up ordering a ranch wrap. Then at the window when I asked if there was ranch already on it or if I needed a pack, I got yelled at and told that I needed to pay for ranch. She continued to have an attitude with me and the other employees. Do yourself a favor and just go to the other Wendy’s.

The people working here must not know how to read very well. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here for lunch/dinner they ALWAYS screw up my order, whether it be something little like leaving toppings on a burger that I asked not to be put on it, or forgetting to include items I ordered, and even giving me items completely different from what I ordered.
There’s no telling how money I’ve wasted here on incorrect/incomplete orders. Avoid going here if you can. It’s not worth the effort.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Shaquonda or whoever the manager is needs to be fired asap. Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes for a mobile order, heard an argument on the speaker from the employees of a “skrawberry” lemonade and got an attitude from Latonyacronesha with the bad edges and fake feather lashes. Fries were brown from old nasty oil. Do better Wendy’s.

I waited 30 minutes there and didn’t even get to order. If it was busy I’d understand but there was 6 other people inside. I asked the cashier the wait time. She asked me “have they taken your order yet” girl you’re the cashier and you don’t know? The manager is just as lost roaming around on her phone doing nothing to help her co workers. At one point saying “I give up”. This place needs new management and new workers. Just a waste of time coming here.
