Cashier was very rude. Dead pan expression. I was trying to clear room in the car to receive the drinks and didn’t notice they were holding the drinks for the hand off, and had an expression that was off putting. I tried to ask for something, and had me waiting at the window for a while. When I asked for what I asked for, they had no expression or an expression close to annoyance. And my order was not right, part of my order was wrong as well, I got a biggie bag and upgraded my fries to a large and I was given a medium sized fries. Overall the staff was unwelcoming and looked unprofessional. No kind of smile in place or welcoming hospitality. Deeply disheartening, especially when I was being polite the whole time.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went to this particular Wendy’s after my mom’s surgery because that’s what she wanted. Only to get over talked, yelled at and told that “I don’t have to serve you” very bad attitude from girl at the window which I presumed was the manager. Idk who she was cause she had no name tag with a jacket that does not look like a company jacket. Very rude. Terrible attitude! I did absolutely nothing to her but try to tell her my order that she could not get right.

Terrible experience. Waited for 20 min for our
food and then got a totally different order of food than we ordered. When we told the guy at the window it was wrong, he proceeded to cuss at us and be very rude. Do better.

Good deals on app, took longer than normal to receive meal. My friend got the wrong sandwich got a junior cheeseburger instead of a baconator, My other friend did not get his burger the way it was supposed to be made. The three of us were the only ones in the restaurant.

2 orders of fries and this is what I get. No more fries in the bag. Bread for my JBC is hard and stale. It’s Wendy’s, I’m not expecting perfection but I ordered 2 fries and got less than one. Also a burger that I’m going to have to break down and switch out the bread on. Also I asked for one bag to be sweet and sour and the other bb1…gets 3/4 bbq. That last one is small but still all I want is what I asked/paid for.

I took my niece to lunch at this particular Wendy’s, and it was a overall bad experience. I will never return there as I approach the counter to place my order I was not greeted by the employee. She just stood there. There was loud rap music playing in the back where you could hear all the way from the dining area. The bathroom had garbage cans overflowing. It was sticky, soaked all over the counter in floor at the drink counter and dirty trays left on tables. I seen two employees on their cell phones again would not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely disgusting. The service was terrible and the bag was covered in grease. I ordered a bacon egg sandwich…idk what was going on with the “egg” but it was a mushy white foam liquid. (Look at it on the bun part) Constant with mayo but it was definitely something with egg. I couldn’t eat the sandwich it was honestly disgusting. I figured out today why I haven’t went here in over 6 months. Never again

Sat at the drive thru for over minutes because they were “having a shift change and they were counting drawers” around 7 pm per the young lady over the intercoms after we said “hello”? After 5 minutes. Mind you we are paying with a card, no one asked that before drawers are being counted in between customers. In what tells of service does this happen? It’s utterly ridiculous.
