The SECU app was down at the time of my visit, i was having issues with unlocking my card so I could pay for my food. The female manger that was on duty was super rude. I didn’t like her attitude. Middle aged African American woman. The cashier was very patient and wasn’t rude. I normally don’t have any issues during my visits. Won’t be back to this location

From the time I placed my order to the time I finished my meal, customer service was excellent from every single member working today. I felt compelled to let the manager know this, the burger was fresh and tasty, the fries were crispy and delicious… And as bad as inflation has been, nothing pisses me off more than paying good money for subpar food.
Hopefully this is not a one-off and they are always firing on all cylinders like today.
The only improvement that I noticed dirty floor and tables in the back corner of the business. Judging from the socioeconomics of the area, I think they’re doing pretty good.

I come to eat here often at lunchtime, around 1-2pm and the young boy at the window doesn’t speak. He could be shy but he’s old enough to speak up and be polite. Also the food is mediocre. Never hot/fresh. Sometimes the bigger light complexion guy will hand the food out but he’s always on the phone not even looking at me handing the food out the window. There is an older lady who is pretty nice every time I encounter her. The food was much better though 2 years ago when I first started coming.

I visited the Wendy’s on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, to pick up a mobile order and place an additional drive-thru order. My drive-thru order included a #8 Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken sandwich (no bacon, no lettuce), upgraded to a large fry and a strawberry lemonade. I was told they were out of strawberry syrup, so I accepted a classic lemonade instead.
Unfortunately, what I received was completely wrong. My sandwich had three layers of bacon, lettuce, no ranch, cold melted cheese, and it was not grilled. I was also disappointed to learn the sandwich pictured in the display (which looked grilled) was not an actual option—this felt misleading. On top of that, I was given a half-filled fry box instead of the full large I paid for.
To make matters worse, there was confusion at the window. I was first handed one bag, then two, then three, then asked to return them all. There was disorganized communication about which orders were mine, and ultimately, I still received incorrect items. I also did not receive a receipt for either order.
As a single mom who hadn’t eaten in nearly 12 hours, this was extremely frustrating—especially after paying nearly $13 for the wrong food. I work hard just like your staff and expect the same respect in return. I don’t live near this location and had already left when I discovered the issues. This experience was deeply disappointing.

WHY ON EARTH would you serve fries with NO SALT???Do y’all forget to sprinkle the fries or what. McDonald’s me please! Heck, Bojangles me plz! Anywhere that salts their fries me plz!!! That’s why ppl eat french fries!!! I shouldn’t have to ask for a salt packet- just to be given a whole handful of salt packets… for a JR. FRIES!!! MIMS!!! No wonder Wendy’s isn’t at the top of the list! If there are ppl who want saltless fries, let them put in a special order for them and save money on salt packets! Fries were hot, but no salt! What a disappointment! Do better, Wendy’s!

Didn’t put part of my order in the bag. Had to drive around again to collect the missing item. I also stopped at the board to order a few more items. They got that wrong too. Told me to pull forward but before I did I got a lecture from the manager about being specific. They came out with the second order, still missing the first order item. I had to stop get out and go inside and get my credit card a d receipt too. Regional manager I hope you are paying attention. That store manager has no business serving customers. Telling me im an inconvenience. I tell you what that whole 45min was a waste of everyone’s time. How about get orders correct. Also, the items were stone cold.
