I went to get a Frosty after a hockey game and had to wait in a line 5 cars deep, which seems odd for 10:30p. When I finally got up to the window to order, I was told they don’t have chocolate for the Frosty machine. This happens so frequently that it amazes me how they haven’t ordered any in. Try the Wendy’s on Kildaire and Cary Parkway, they are far better.

Very poor customer service. I ordered my food with ketchup and honey BBQ sauce and was told it cost 54 cents. I gave 60 cents and was immediately told to move along. When I politely asked for my change, the employee rudely told me to leave and not block the line. It’s not about the 6 cents — it’s about the disrespect. Experiences like this make you think twice before coming back.

First, there are less than desirable specific reviews about specific observations here. My impression, based on cleanliness and staff attention to their specific roles, the best I have seen in a Wendy’s for a long time. CFA has a cash cow and has specific, mandatory duties and customer service skills others should emulate. Work, be professional, focus diligent attention to their specific role in making a model for all to follow.

Take these specific “improvement” suggestion’s and show future customers the excellent overall observation I witnessed. From a retired businessman, teacher and pharmaceutical rep…..it’s about establishing your business plan, celebrate the achieved and mandate improvement on the other. Tee Felix, GM was extremely friendly and the food, yes fast food, was cooked properly and timely. She can lead positivity and production. They go hand in hand.

So, loose the negative and accentuate and implement new, positive actions throughout the store. You can do it and your customers expect it!

Disappointed. They asked if we wanted to upsize to a large for just .50 cents we said yes, the total then proceeds to jump up $3 each and then here’s the BEST part they dumped a small fry into a large fry container and handed it to us…the container was basically empty I will attach the photos..…they give no receipts and they also never ask to scan for points or even speak about the reward program. We had to repeat our order multiple times and even then we got the wrong sauces, just 0/10 service, quality and food. Ripping people off, be careful!!

Food is what you expect but customer service at the drive thru window over simple requests that every other store does is bottom tier. Will never come to this Wendy’s again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either. Drive a little further down the road to the one in Cary for better service and experience

Person taking the order was eating Taco Bell, yelling at the manager to give her her finger back. She was cursing under her breath. Dave(manager) came to help. She didn’t think he was competent. Other manager T asked if I had ordered but didn’t offer to take my order. The woman taking my order didn’t ask if I wanted a large meal. I told her I wanted it large and then she complained to me and the staff that I told her too late. Her manager then said she wasn’t following the script.
I am a life long Wendys consumer. I am not sure I will go back to this wendys

Whoever is at the drive thru needs to fix her attitude. Awful service. Super rude. Monotone and can’t understand a word she’s saying then she gets mad that she has to repeat herself. Wish I could say more. Geez.

I went to the Wendy’s on western Blvd Raleigh, my fries were cold, no salt and dried out. My chicken sandwich had pickles on it, never seen that the tomato was limp and stale, I never got a receipt, and the employees were bossing each other around.

Spent about twenty five minutes in the drive-through at 2am. Was told to pull up into a parking spot because my order was not ready. After paying, a man got out of his car, became violently ill. Throwing up next to his car. He walked up to the drive-through window and said he was given raw meat. The woman at the drive through yelled to the kitchen staff saying he got the ‘wrong meat’. Comical, but i felt bad for the guy and didn’t feel very safe about what I had ordered. After another five minute wait, my food was brought to my car. It’s been about thirty minutes now since I’ve eaten it. Wish me luck.
