The worst experience I’ve had here. They were rude over the intercom at the drive thru, didn’t put the condiments in the bag for my baked potato, baked potato was obviously thrown together and looked terrible, also didn’t give me a fork for it. They handed me a drink that wasn’t mine and before I could say anything about it or what I was missing they shut the window and walked away.

Ordered a Cobb grilled chicken salad from the Wendell falls locations Not only did they give me the incorrect lemonade the grilled chicken that was on my salad was hard as a rock and dried out !
The chicken was so discolored that it looked like they had Cajun seasoning on it and fried it !
I called the stores location multiple times and NO one answered I left them a voice mail w/ my contact information After spending over $50.00 No one should have been served this salad !

This place sucks. It was cold inside. Our fries were cold so we asked for new ones and they gave us fries that were even more cold and also soggy. They ran out of Coke and root beer so I didn’t get to drink anything. The workers weren’t even trying and they weren’t even sorry about the cold fries and the missing nuggets. one star. My wife said the baked potato and chili was good, but let’s be honest. How hard is it to screw up a baked potato.

Numerous times have I been to this Wendy’s and the service here is just embarrassing. On almost every visit, my order is never correct and they are either missing an item or gave the wrong item. To add, a handful of the staff are not friendly. If you’re ever craving Wendy’s just don’t even bother wasting time here and go to Knightdale.. much better service,

Wendy’s in Wendell, North Carolina – Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting the usual wait, but wow—these folks must have time-travel technology because my order was ready before my fries even had a chance to dream of being crispy! The food was hot, fresh, and downright delicious—like the burgers were personally serenaded by flavor angels. The service? Lightning-fast and friendly enough to make you forget it’s a drive-thru and not a VIP dining experience.

Store is busy all the time, employees working fast to get orders out, but they need more help. Store is clean but not one employee has a hair net and when you have bushy hair it should definitely be in a hair net. We dont want hair in our food. They need a large hair net for their hair while working with food and drinks.

Bought 3 Krabby Patties because my wife and child loves spongebob, we were excited to try them. They weren’t even that good. If mcdonalds did this with spongebob they would’ve went ALL out! They would’ve made spongebob themed bags and probably even cups. Ordering the Krabby Patty and wendys was expensive, could’ve just ordered a regular burger and fries and it would’ve been the exact same thing. Nothing special. Wendys do better.

First time going to this location and the service was ridiculous. I had to come in and have them fix my order. While I was at the window they weren’t nice at all. They seemed rushed but no car was behind me and when I came in to get my order fixed there was no one in the lobby. Just seemed like they didn’t want to interact with anyone and it felt like I was the ones BOTHERING them or whatever they had going. The manager was just really weird too.

Incompetent people work there. Couldn’t stop for 2seconds to take my order. Manager was in the front and he wasn’t even qualified to take my order. 15min standing in the lobby and they weren’t even that busy. Don’t ever stop here unless you want to waste your time for terrible to no service
