Got raw chicken on my sandwich once and this is still my favorite Wendy’s!
Their service is speedy, and the staff are professional and friendly.
Never once had to go sit and wait for my mobile order and they always get the customizations right on the sandwich orders.

I enjoy eating inside. Food hot and neat. The service through the drive thru is normally slow. Now I don’t know why they don’t clean the windows (fly spray dripped stains on windows—entrance windows dirty; they did attempt to sweep up the dead flies, but do that before opening, because that’s how many flies it be # ) I like to eat inside every two weeks but those windows need a constant professional squeegee cleaning!!!
and today #2024–we have begun another year together… it’s cold but so awesome that the flies are gone, there is a senior attendant on constant clean up, the windows are spotless (the squeegee crew came ) as I sit here enjoying the sun and my hot!!! lunch
You know I never stop coming even through the bad times because I just knew they—the establishment—wanted to do better and they did so now I can change my rating … they’re on the way up

We eat a fair amount of fast food weekly and this Wendy’s rarely fails to satisfy. Food is always good though the line can be slow at times even if not backed up. The restaurant has a modern vibe and outdoor seating is a plus, weather permitting.

Yall if i could i would give this place 0 stars they dont need that on sunday 9-21-2025 i went to place for lunch about 6:00pm and they ask me in the drive thru what kind of sauce i wanted i told them barbecue and sweet and sour sauce well when i get the bag they dont have none of what i ask for so i ask the lady can i get some sauce she got a attitude like she dont wont to work there and started to yell at me i told her that i needed some sauce she stated she wasnt giving me shit and cussed me out i told her i was not leaving until i got my sauce then the other employees come to the window and cussed me out and 3 of the employees threatened me one of the employees stated she had a gun in her car two of the employees threatened to break my windows out my car they all appeared to be criminals i didnt no wendys hired criminals thats what these is and dont need to be working at wendys and then a girl say the lady at the window cussed at her one night when she was in the drive thru i have been to wendys a lote and when i travel but never experience no employees like at this wendys and i hope something be done about it because im calling corporate stay as far away from this wendys as possible.

Everyone here is always so rude, always getting orders wrong, forget things and just nothing good to say besides it usually tastes goods when it’s right. But tonight they were rude and my frosty for my kids was just foam.. it was so obvious they had to know. This is a picture of it 30 mins after we got it.

I stopped at this location on my way up I-85. Normally stop at the Henderson location, but they are so terrible now. This location was staffed full of teenagers and very young adults, and they were awesome! Greeting as soon as I opened the door, order was correct, and service was impeccable. Good job to the manager and/or trainer of this location. Wendy’s is one of the very few fast food places I order from. This Wendy’s is on point. It was actually the first time in a long time I ordered a burger from Wendy’s and the cheese was melted. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I want to give a big Shout Out to the lunch staff at Wendy’s Oxford Saturday May 27! We were in town for a wedding, and I had a car full of kids that needed lunch and a few more things to go and the staff prepared the entire order hot, fresh, and efficiently. . Delivered at the window with a smile and extra straws and napkins “just in case we needed them” – Great job!

This location has been out of lettuce for 3 weeks. All the other local restaurants have lettuce; Wal-mart around the corner sells lettuce. We were pulled over for 4 jr bacons, waited 16 minutes to get them and none of them had tomatoes on them. When telling the employee that our order is wrong, he replies ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ The employees are dirty looking so we threw out the food. No wonder this Wendy’s is a ghost town. Get it together or shut it down.
