The last two Friday nights the young man with long curly hair working the front counter has messed up our order. Not a big deal if we were eating in and not in a hurry but they now tape up the bags when you order ahead and then walk in to pick your order up. Why they tape them up I don’t know but it makes it hard to check your order. First Friday he forgot the chicken nuggets, next week he forgot a whole salad, when I caught it he still forgot the dressing and the tortilla strips. Management get him some additional training.

The guy at the drive thru window is so nice, respectful, amd professional. The lady at the front counter inside on the other hand, avoid. She will role her eyes and act like your dumb, just observations. This place in the morning between 6-9 is unreliable. Normally serving luke warm, stale breakfast sandwiches. I’ll keep going, but definitely the worst Wendy’s I’ve been too.
Hope they get better management to do some quality control.

The cheese is never melted, and the fries are always cold…. but there is one server that is awesome! She is personable and refers to you as “friend.” She remembers my son when we arrive in the drive thru. She’s a great value to the company!

Updating to add: this place is a constant disappointment. Tonight I ordered 3 kids meals and a Bourbon Bacon Burger meal. None of the 4 drinks had ice. The burger was missing the crispy onions. And one of the fries was old and gross while the rest were fresh. Nobody wants to answer the phone there, either ♀️
Only reason I continue to go there is because our little ones love their kids meals ♀️

There was no one at the register that I could inquire about my order, while three employees /management were chatting it up in the dining area. Finally one employee who was going for their break, acknowledged my presence and informed me that one of the items that I had ordered was out of stock. When I asked if I could be refunded for that amount, another employee rather rudely said “No refund!small fry or another flavor frosty” and then disappeared. After waiting for another few minutes, the employee on the break went in the back to get the employee, who came out to ask “So what will it be?!” The attitude of the employee matched the dreaded indoor ambiance of the institution.

I am a very common patron to this place on a weekly basis and while the food is what you would expect from a Wendy’s and decently quality it’s the overall experience which I hate. Each time I go besides from a few experiences I have been treated like I wasn’t supposed to be there. People up front would ignore me, forget my order and just act rude overall. It may be due to me being a teenager but I have been yelled at multiple times to get my food and if I was taking a few minutes to order even though the restaurant was empty. Again whilst I enjoy the food I don’t enjoy the experience as much because of how poorly the staff treats the patrons and food.
