”Very disappointed with the food quality here. My mom and I were served undercooked burgers twice. Even after asking for a remake, the meat was still pink, and the manager eventually said they couldn’t cook them further. While the nuggets and fries were fine and they did give me a refund, the lack of consistency with the burgers is a major safety concern. I won’t be back for the burgers.”

I ordered a large chili with sour cream. Used points to get a 10 pc nugget. The chili was all broth. A few beans no meat. Very light. I took it back to the drive thru. Spoke to the man who gave it to me. I told him the chili was very light. I told him to give me a new chili with actual beans and meat in it or give me my money back. The man said these are pre made. I told him to put a spoon in it see what you pull out. He looked at me. I said Give me my money back.

Every time I go to this Wendy’s something is wrong with my order, I’ve given them so many chances I won’t be going back anymore. It’s clear by the employee’s attitudes they don’t care about their jobs at all. We ordered 2 Cobb salads with 2 sweet teas, the salads were incorrectly made and the tea was unsweetened tea. According to the menu their Cobb salad is supposed to have—chicken, tomatoes, egg, bacon, cheese, and fried onions; the salads we received were missing bacon and fried onions. They couldn’t even be bothered to cut the chicken they just gave us a whole fried chicken patty atop the salad. It’s so tiresome they can’t ever take the time to make the food correctly. When I go in to complain about the mistakes they’ve made they always seem super inconvenienced and annoyed even though it’s their mistake. I’ve worked in food service for years and have given them the benefit of doubt plenty of times but it continues to be an issue; there’s really no excuse for this level of service.

I always have issues with wrong orders it’s always been a terrible place as far as how customers are treated but about a week ago was last straw I ordered 35$worth food and my 2 baconators had one patty on each sandwich with one piece bacon and oozing with ketchup and mustard I took pictures of them and went back next day and contacted the manager (because I was already home when we opened them)and the manager tells me that the picture don’t look like baconators I’m like yeah that’s the point they were nasty I wasn’t asking for my whole order to be fixed just to at least acknowledge they wrong and at least offer to make it right but she tells me she’s not doing anything with a very nasty attitude and basically calls me a liar I’m done with Wendys

I went in around 12:30 to get a burger, and it was packed. However, there was a young Black woman working who was a 10/10 at her job. She kept the lines moving, pushed the food out efficiently, and communicated seamlessly with her team, all while providing excellent customer service. She didn’t do anything particularly special just for me, but I wanted to make sure her hard work gets recognized. I hope her pillow is always cool, and when she’s in a rush, she hits every green light.

10/15 about 9:45am I ordered some of the seasoned potatoes. Could have sworn I heard someone say just drop it back in and when I looked at the order down the road sure enough, they’d been dropped back in the oil so they were super greasy and nasty. Granted, I asked if there were any hot fresh ones up. All the lady had to do was say no and I wouldn’t have ordered. Why they did that, I don’t understand.

Food was good. Employees were more concerned with being on thier cellphones than providing the service they are paid to do. When we walked in there was 1 customer in front of us (who had already ordered just hadn’t been given his cups) and 1 car in drive thru already waiting for food. Took over ten minutes just to get our order taken.
