Started off great, customer service was awesome. Fast, polite, happy and in good spirits. I was feeling all positive vibes, then l opened my bag. The fries were dead, old, lifeless, but hot like they were flash fried. The spicy chicken sandwich was ok but the lettuce selection l had hoped would have been better and the smallest tomato they had, But luckily my cashier had put me in a positively good mood…

What a real mess of Wendy’s franchise and an even worst management team, purchased on 29 November 2024 @ 07:18 PM. First they couldn’t find my order in the drive thru when we asked 3 times. I said cool I’ll come inside and show my receipt. The retaliation by this team is insane. I came In and magically my order was ready at the counter I thanked them and took (sealed bag) and frosty. As were driving home I ate the fries and moved on to burger took a bite and it was missing the burger patty and the bacon! Also there was no spoon in the bag for the frosty. Management mocked me when I got back and said the spoon was missing. Manager was smart and said they are in the counter behind you. Mind you every single time I’ve ordered at any Wendy before they were in the sealed bag. Took asking for a new frosty 3 times to get one, since they done I had was 75% melted. Insincere apology.

Placed an order and the app was messing up so I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered I then had to call a different one to see if they could contact the manager and see if the order was successfully put through and the woman gladly helped me and called the store we ordered from and called me back notifying me that they had the order and it wasn’t picked up. I called the store we ordered from after multiple times they finally picked up but had an attitude and wouldn’t let me speak. My brother drove up there and went through drive through and the employee gave my brother an attitude and said they didn’t have the order. Was not pleased at all with this location they do not have manners and do not work well with customers and never answer their phone!

This used to be one of the best places to go but has gone downhill. Unsure if they have new management or what. Food is almost always wrong, they are so irritated to take care of your requests for sauce, straws etc…. They have you pull up every single time you order. Even if it’s in the app. They only try to get their numbers down by moving you forward instead of taking care of you quickly. Most of the workers are actually wonderful it’s the supervisors who are the ones pushing all the bad habits.

No one was upfront when we arrived. Once we ordered cashier disappeared so when we got order had to look for someone to get ketchup since there was none in the condiments area plus the area was dirty drink machine was dirty as well. Food was cold worse we have ever had at a wendys. Will not be going back to this one ever again.

I got the orange dreamsicle frosty ice cream when they were offering it a while back because it sounded sooo scrumptious…but was very disappointed by an after taste with the ice cream and couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it out. Then recently I was in the mood for ice cream and thought I’d give Wendy’s another chance and ordered a Vanilla strawberry swirl, and same thing…after taste in the ice cream, threw it out. Maybe it’s just me…Maybe not…just sayin …anyone else?
