It gets to a point where you get tired of being met with workers who have a very mono-attitude when you offer nothing but politeness and kindness. I went through the drive-through and my order was clear and concise. when I arrived at the window the worker asked me my order again, and I confirmed it clear and concisely. Only when I check my bag after I’ve driven off, Do I realize that my chives, extra chives I asked for more than once are not on the baked potato. I know it’s small but when I stated my order three times and it’s still messed up along with the attitudes being condescending is it then a problem. From personal experience, I know working in the food industry can be hard however we have to do better.

I literally parked my car just to write this review. The manager refused to offer even a single complimentary ranch, despite me being willing to pay for the rest of my order. On top of that, the manager’s attitude was unnecessarily rude. I wasn’t able to catch her name. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold. Truly disappointing from start to finish. If anyone at corporate Reads, this send me a message and I can show you a video of just how rude the employees can be.

What I ordered vs what I got. The first time I got the Frosty it was all chocolate, and I took it back and asked for the Oreo brownie fusion that I had originally ordered. When I got it back, it looked like this. I wasn’t going to send it back again. Last week I came here and ordered the chili and it had zero meat in it. I’m not sure what’s going on over there, but it’s not good.

I visited the wendys in white oak and received all old food and it was disgusting I couldnt even do a survey because they wouldn’t give me a receipt or the store number. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget with a baked potato. The nuggets were cold and old and the baked potato was hard which is surprising they would even sell it considering they have to open it and can physically feel how hard it was. It is burnt from sitting under the heat so long and not being rotated out adhering to the food holding times. I am extremely disappointed and will be visiting them for a full refund tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable and this location should be shut down if they can not find individuals who can follow simple food handling procedures. This will be the last time I visit this location everything was terrible. I ordered a JBC and the bread was HARD I could not believe the quality of food that was sold. If you get sick after eating FILE A REPORT because it is 100% their fault for simply not caring about the food being given away the bread is old the potato is old the chicken nuggets are old they cook the items and let it sit without rotating old food out this is despicable!

Make sure you get your change back! Our food was $22.06 gave them $25.00 No Receipt was given. Went inside manager was snotty , said no receipt no money back! Food is expensive as it is, I guess the Multi Million Dollar Comp. needed our $ 2.94. more then we did. Also my hamburger was cold inside and the Fr Fries were old and barely warm. Wont be going there again. Dont need to pay for cold food and then to get ripped off!

The manager doesn’t let any doordash whose are deaf people to use the drive thru during the lobby closed. The time is wasted to wait until my turn to get the doordash order and a manager refused to give us the doordash order by the time. So I have to remove the doordash order to do next doordash order.

I came to eat last Sunday and the people that serviced me were very kind. Samia was very polite taking my order and Tia clarified a mix-up I’d had. The employees seemed to get along very well and were working quickly, and all my food was fresh and hot!

I came here tonight on a Saturday. I thought it was odd how busy white oak was and there wasn’t any cars in the parking lot and none in driveway , I almost thought they were closed. Anyways I parked and went inside. Soda machine had no ice , employee said they were out. So me and the family had to drink warm soda. The soda tasted off no matter it was flavor less. Fries tased old. Just nasty inside and poor quality. Was shocked especially because they were completely dead I would assume the food would come out fresh. Employees looked miserable just didn’t look the most hugenic. I see why this place was dead.

If I could give zero stars I would . The drive thru person was rude, snappy and short. Not just with us but the car in front of us. We actually left without our food because of how she was acting. I did call the manager and she said she would do something about it but was so very nonchalant I’m sure nothing will be done.

Ordered two Frostys online, went through Drive-Thru, told that they’re out of Frosty’s. Okay, don’t know how that’s possible but sure. Told they would offer us cookies as a substitute. Yeah, no. Decided to go through Wendy’s corporate to get a refund for my $11 worth of dessert, got told I would get reached out to get me a refund and it never happened.
