Walking in after working all day. Just wanting to sit and have dinner. Being that it was just as cold inside as it was outside I chose to get my order to go. One of my sandwichs was a baconator. I got to the truck and checked my order. Looked more like a Dave’s double at best. Went back inside to get replaced and every one working their had to look at me as if I was at fault. Made another one. I got back to the truck already knowing it was not going to be correct. And of course I was right. Apparently nooke there actually understands how baconator are suppose to be made. Added a pic for a clear view. Needless to say I will NOT be back in the place again.

Pulled up, horrible attitude immediately. Ask for 4 cups of ranch and am told itll be an extra $2. Unbelievable. Person in front of me got extra cups and didnt have to pay. Im white. They were black. Im shocked. Don’t give this franchise owner your money. Baconator had two small pieces of bacon lol.

I grew up watching my parents serve their customers in their restaurant business and what I’m about to tell you would never fly with our customers. Walking in, the floor was a mess with crumbs, wrappers, and food. Not in one area, but all over like it hadn’t been sweeped or mopped in days. There was a staff member sleeping in the booth while I was in line ordering, kinda scared me for a second but realized he was a worker. They took my order just fine, I did hear another staff member mention it was his birthday and they “forced” him to come in today. Went to the bathroom, no toilet paper in one of the stalls and the toilet bowl itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, nasty! When I went back out to pour my drink, the Cola machine clearly had not been wiped in some time as dried up syrup from the fountain drinks was all over the area where the drinks are poured. The area with condiments were out of napkins, yes NAPKINS, who is not taking inventory? I went up to the counter to ask for napkins and the worker said they were all out. Also the area had water all over the floor, no rug to catch any of the light spills. The counter with plastic ware, etc was a hot mess, needed to be restocked. I heard other customers asking for napkins too..This is like a dental office not having toothpaste, it’s an absolute MUST!
The staff member that was sleeping went back to work with removing the trash bin and then leaving it out. Another customer, not aware the bin has been removed, throws her trash away. Staff member comes back to add a liner to the trashcan (he should have brought that with him before). Staff member goes to put the trash bin in and sees trash at the bottom and pushes the bin in ignoring the trash, pure laziness or his dreads were blinding him, not sure, but this was just pathetic. Another customer actually saw all this happening and she actually went out of her way to take the bin out and put the trash left at the bottom into the trash can.
To manager of this location, PLEASE train you employees that WE SEE THEM, and they need to be respectful of their place of work.
Regional Mangers, please pay a visit to this location. Also the 95.5 A rating on the wall at this location is a flat out LIE!

I think I may have met the friendliest person I’ll run into all year. I was greeted with genuine warmth at this Wendy’s, and it immediately set a positive tone. Shoutout to Erica.

The service was prompt, and my burger was made exactly as I ordered it. No mistakes, no delays.

I came in just before noon, right as the lunch rush was kicking off, and the team was firing on all cylinders. Not only were they moving efficiently, but they were also being kind and respectful to each other and to the customers. That’s something you don’t always see during a busy shift, and it stood out in the best way.

Based on my experience today, I’m honestly surprised this place doesn’t have a solid 5 star average. This was a solid Wendy’s visit from start to finish.

I had a disappointing experience in the drive-through today. The employee assisting us was rude and dismissive when there was a simple issue with a mobile order. I did not catch her name, luckily but time between this was 11:30 am or so. My mom tried to explain that the drink wasn’t correct and even went to check the app to confirm, but the employee insisted it was what showed on her screen. Instead of taking a moment to clarify, she shoved the drink towards my mom and abruptly told her to “have a good day.”
I’ve worked in fast food myself, so I understand how stressful and frustrating the job can be. However, basic courtesy and communication go a long way. This situation could have been handled much more respectfully.

Nice updated modern look. Only a three star due to them not having the ghost pepper ranch sauce for my daughters spicy chicken nuggets.
Dining room was clean and comfortable.
Restroom was okay. Could use a little wipe down though.
Prices are standard for Wendy’s.
Staff was friendly.
Service was good.
Cleanliness was acceptable but again could use a little more wipe down in certain areas.
Overall it was okay for a pit stop while traveling.

SLOW. The longest wait that I have ever had for fast food. Chicken sandwich, burger w/ fries, and 2 frosties took 35 minutes. While waiting, multiple people came in, and walked out when they saw how slow it was. The sloths from Zootopia work here.

I went to Wendy’s tonight. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at this restaurant in a long time. First thing I noticed was there was more people than I’ve seen in a while. The service was so pleasant and all new faces. It seemed good to have the manager ask how I was doing and was very personable. Hopefully these new faces will stay. Food was not

Poor customer service & attitude. Employees are more concerned with their hair extensions than customer service. Asked for a strawberry Frosty and was asked 4 times “Vanilla or Chocolate?” To which I replied “Strawberry”. Finally the person said, ” It’s a Swirl – Vanilla or Chocolate?” Again I said “Strawberry – I dont understand what are you asking me?” The 2 burgers we ordered “Minus Mayo, add Mustard”, both had no mustard and still had mayo. We won’t be back.

Brought my mobile order to the drive through. They told me to pull around again since they didn’t have it (after already waiting in line and paying via my phone). At the window, after seeing my phone, still told me they don’t have it. These are the people that want $20 per hour, but can’t look at a phone and figure out an order.
