Every single time I bring my children up here to eat the dining room is never open. The attitude of employees are horrible. I call and ask why the dining room isn’t open ever and I get “maam there are only 2 of us in here” and proceeds to hang up the phone. This is the worse wendys I have ever experienced with customer service. If you don’t have but 2 people working then don’t even open up.

This is the worst Wendy’s ever to be still running a business. The managers is the most rude, disrespectful managers i ever seen. They run a restaurant like it is a daycare but want to blame the employees for doing it. If they would manager the restaurant like it should, it wouldn’t be like that. And this restaurant stay having polices officers there. So please be careful. It ain’t no need to call the upper management because I have twice and they will not do anything. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s a shame because Wendy’s was always my favorite fast food, but it’s just not worth it here. Always out of coke, ice, frostys, bacon, different sauces, etc… It’s seriously a wonder this location is even able to remain open.

Charged $12.75 for a $5 & $6 biggie bag. They don’t have receipts. My bacon double stack had no bacon and no sauces were in the bag. Since when did taxes for $11 become $1.75? SORRY FOOD & SERVICE

Wow. I see why so many bad reviews. My husband just pulled in and sat at drive thru for 6 minutes. No one in front of him and 2 cars behind him. He pulled around and knocked on door (after 8pm, so he knew the dining room was closed). Person came and opened the door to tell him the dining room was closed but the drive thru was open. He asked “then why have I been sitting in the drive thru for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take my order?” She rolled her eyes and closed the door in his face and walked off. Amazing.

One of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. Staff doesn’t want to be there, they don’t want us to be there and they make it very clear. Asking questions isn’t allowed and wait times are absolutely unacceptable. Someone in a leadership position HAS to do something. Embarrassing.
